Okay. This is pretty short, because we don't have that much information on this. All we know is that this was the way Lady Gisela could find Keefe

Fintan literally had someone force shadowflux into his HEART so he could track him
No matter where he went Fintan or Lady Gisela could get him
That's so creepy! And weird! And really bad!
I really hate Lady Gisela. The way she uses him is so terrible
I also kinda headcanon?? That whenever the eleventh hour rolled around and the shadowflux in his heart rippled?? That he felt a tiny tug/pain in his chest?? Idk just my own thoughts
I hope there's no long term damage, though! Like he literally had darkness in his heart. It better not cause permanent pain or something.
As much as I love angst, he's had enough
But also. This was like really dangerous, I think? If something went wrong while they put it in/took it out, it could've really hurt him.
Plus, if somebody learned of this, all they had to do was get a Spyball and a Technopath and WHAM. They know exactly how to find Keefe and where
That's really bad planning skills??? I think??? Like wow??
