CHAPTER 10

Nobody's POV:

Three!" Midnight counts down.

Izuku flicks his gaze to Bakugou's team. Kirishima, Ashido, and Sero don't seem super enthusiastic to be there. 660 points is probably more than enough to get to the next round, but Izuku knows Bakugou will never settle for that.

"Two!"

And of course there's Todoroki with 670. His gaze when he started at Izuku nade him jsut sigh internally menaing he'll likely come straight for Izuku

"One!"

But the biggest problem is the fabric wrapped around Izuku's head. 10,000,290 points are currently theirs. The biggest target on the field by a wide margin. Izuku grits his teeth and had a Calculated and calming look on his face that it wa almost similar to Nezu's so him,Ochako,Mei and Emi They need to be ready to move the moment this game begins.

"Start!"

The words still hang in the air as several teams descend on Midoriya's team. Izuku wasn't expecting hesitation, but even so, their dedication is impressive....well almost

"Up!" Uraraka cries, pressing her hands against Izuku and Hatsume and herself Izuku doesn't need to be told twice making him power on the jetpack he has on his back making his team Leap into the air aoviding the ground as the dirt below them turns to thick liquid. Izuku grimaces. It would've been a pain to deal with a Quirk like that

"Airborne? Damn it!" someone says as they pass overhead.

???:"Jiro!"

"On it Hagakure!" Her jacks whip up at the flying group, but Tokoyami who called out Dark Shadow and send out an attack that blocked Jiro's attack

Jiro:WHAT?!

"Good job, Tokoyami!" Uraraka says. "We're coming down!"

They've gotten some distance now, and the team takes a moment to get their bearings. Hagakure's lost her headband somehow, and that's not the only exchange going on.

"We've got the best evasion here," says Izuku. "Let's try to line up the other teams so they hit each other!"

"Brilliant plan, Ten Million!" Hatsume says.

"The timing might be tricky, but I think we can do it," Tokoyami says

Unfortunately, at that moment, Bakugou appears, rocketing towards them from off his horse.

This made Izuku suddenly had a ballistic look on his face that his eyes almost became nonexistent with his red, his team saw that his arms were coated in gauntlets that covered from his close to his elbow to his fingertips

"Riding a little high there, aren't you?" he sneers. "Don't be so arrogant!" Bakugou extends a hand towards Izuku who got ready to strike back but that didn't happen

"Rider, brace!" yells Hatsume. She whips an arm around and her gun snaps into place in her hand. There's a bang and a net wraps itself around Bakugou.

"What the--?" But before he can hit the ground, Sero wraps tape around the bound boy and reels him back in.

"What an interesting strategy!" calls Present Mic. "But is it even allowed?"
