Han made his way to the main seat in the social area. Though it hadn't been a difficult day for him, it was significantly more involved compared to life in the past. Feeling a bit dramatic, Han plopped himself on top of the chair and closed his eyes slightly.
He enjoyed feeling the seat engulf him in the cushion.
On either side of his head, delicate hands were gently placed on his skin. The fingers slowly massaged his face, eliminating any little stress that had built up during the day.
"Thank you, Brittany," Han didn't even bother to open his eyes.
"Allow me to take away all the fatigue built from your hard work, Master," Brittany lowered her head and gently pressed her luscious lips onto the top of Han's head.
A sigh passed through his lips, feeling the way Brittany gently massaged him but with enough force to push out any of the stress from his muscles. On top of sitting on a comfortable chair, Brittany's fingers made him feel as though he was floating through the air.
"How long do you think until the Lady Knight arrives?" Han smirked at the thought of the blonde-haired woman covered in armor.
Han suspected that she was the serious type without even knowing the woman. He couldn't help but grin at how much he'd be able to tease her.
"I suspect that it will not take her long to check out the area past the pyramid, though it will likely cause her to have more questions," Helania raised a hand to her mouth and lightly laughed.
"Will we be going to this Academic City, Master?" Queen raised an eyebrow.
Smiling, hearing the underlying question beneath his creation's question. Han could tell that Queen thought the trip was a waste of time, though she didn't want to stop him from pursuing his interests.
Memories of his school life slowly floated to the surface in the sizeable bottomless ocean of his memory. He remembered moments when he laughed with classmates and times he was laughed at by them. There were also times when he would walk alone on the streets, carrying his violin, trying to avoid attracting any attention.
With his past experience, Han couldn't help but imagine what it would be like to attend school while not being in the position he found himself in as a child. Compared to the past, this time, he'd be able to take care of himself on top of having those who care for him.
It was the reason why when the woman mentioned her title, his heart fluttered slightly.
Han knew it was silly, but he couldn't help but imagine what school would be like when it wasn't, more often than not, a daily nightmare. The child in him could be heard telling him to visit the city and attend it.
"I apologize, Master," Queen's voice quiet like a whisper.
Slightly raising his right hand and making a brushing motion, "There is no reason to be apologetic, my beautiful creation. I understand why you would feel it to be a waste of time."
Brittany's fingers paused just for a fraction of a second before continuing to massage his face.
"Aside from the sentimental reasons, I suspect this city will have plenty of information about this world. Being a student would allow us to gather intelligence about the neighboring countries." Han smoothed over the awkward atmosphere hanging in the air.
Han turned over his hand and soon felt a hand placed on top.
The hand trembled slightly.
He gently wrapped his fingers and held the hand. Though her skin was cool to the touch, a slight warmth began to be felt. A few moments passed before the cool hand ceased to tremble.
