Sunset Memories
Y/N's POV
I woke up to a boy levitating above my face.
"Hiii!" He said energetically. "You passed out again." I mentally face-palmed.
"Shit did I? Sorry, I have to stop turning into the damn cat for so long." I get up off the musty floor and look around. "Hey, wheres Kou?"
He sighed and slightly glared off in the distance. "Oh I don't know Lover boy's probably planning my exorcism." He slightly laughed at his joke as he looked at me and realized I wasn't laughing but staring right through him. He sighed again and pointed up. The roof. Before I could say anything else, he flew off to find Nene.
I floated up towards the roof and found Kou sitting there, a good seven feet away from the edge. I sat down next to him making him jump.
"Oh hey Ginger, didn't see ya there.." He said awkwardly.
I smiled. "Hey, I know I'm dead but I'm not see-through!" We both laughed at my horrible joke. I looked at him.
"Sorry I startled you, I have a thing for sneaking up on people." He looked at me.
"No, its alright I was just deep in thought I guess." He looked back out at the open sky.
"What were you thinking about?" I asked innocently.
"How beautiful you are." He said thoughtlessly. Our eyes lock as we both register what he just said. He began rambling.
"I uh- sorry, I meant uh-" I cut him off by slamming my lips onto his. We stayed in that position for a moment before breaking apart.
"You..Kissed me?" He asked me flabbergasted.
"Listen Kou, I like you. Hell, I love you. I always have, even before I died." He looked at me.
"I love you too Ginger." He said softly as we both smiled and sat together for the rest of the day.
