Cordelia sits on a chair, the two Ewoks who lead her back to their village standing next to her. She stands as Han is brought into the area, hanging from a large branch. They rest the stick over an unlit firepit, in front of where Luke and Chewie are tied.

The Ewoks usher her back into her seat, speaking even though she can't understand them. She tightens her grip on the armrests of the chair, ready to save her brother if things go too far.

"I have a really bad feeling about this." Han mutters as the Chief of the Ewoks walks up the stairs and stands next to 3PO's chair. He holds Luke's lightsaber in one hand, his spear in the other. He and 3PO talk before Han interrupts. "What did he say?"

"I'm rather embarrassed, General Solo, but it appears you are to be the main course at a banquet in my honor." He replies. The Ewoks begin adding wood to the firepit and playing drums and singing.

"Leia!" Luke says. Cordelia turns and spots her friend, in a new dress and her hair down.

"Leia!" Han repeats. She moves towards him, but the Ewoks quickly intercept her.

"I already tried that." Cordelia sighs.

"Your Royal Highness." 3PO greets her.

"But these are my friends." Leia tells the Ewoks. They continue singing, not understanding a word she said. "3PO, tell them they must be set free." Chewie growls and 3PO turns to the Chief.

"Somehow I got the feeling that didn't help us very much." Han tells 3PO as they continue adding wood to the pit. Cordelia rolls her eyes at him.

"I think you should be nicer or 3PO's gonna let them eat you, you jerk." She scolds.

"3PO, tell them if they don't do as you wish, you'll become angry and use your magic." Luke says before Han can begin arguing with her.

"But, Master Luke, what magic? I couldn't possibly." He replies.

"Just tell them." He tells him. 3PO speaks to the Ewoks, and the Chief tells the crowd something, pointing at Han. Ewoks approaches him, holding lit torches.

"You see, Master Luke? They didn't believe me, just as I said they wouldn't." 3PO says. Cordelia stands as the first begins lighting the fire. Han tries blowing out the torches as they near the wood below him.

Suddenly, 3PO lifts into the air on his chair, moving to hover over the crowd of Ewoks. They scatter before the Chief orders them to free Han, Luke, R2, and Chewie. Cordelia sighs and approaches Chewie as Leia and Han reunite. Chewie growls and hugs her before they join the others.

"I wish you could've seen the look on Han's face when we could only find your helmet. He was so worried about you it was disgustingly sweet." Cordelia whispers to Leia as they hug. She laughs and whispers something in his ear. He glares at his sister.

"Seriously, Bug. You told her that?" He asks. She rolls her eyes.

"Drop the tough guy act, Han. We all know you love her, so show it, you idiot." She replies.

Cordelia sits between Chewie and Han, Leia on his other side. She leans into Chewie's side, struggling to keep her eyes open as 3PO tells the Ewoks around them the story of their adventures. Leia cuddles up to Han and an Ewok cuddles his other leg, purring.

"What's going on?" Han asks as the Ewoks begin talking amongst themselves.

"I don't know." Leia replies, shaking her head. Chewie gently nudges Cordelia, waking her up. She sits up and looks around, confused.

One of the Ewoks begins beating on a drum, as the Chief speaks to 3PO.

"Wonderful. We are now a part of the tribe." He explains. An Ewok jumps onto Han's lap and hugs him, making Cordelia laugh.

"Just what I always wanted." Han says, laughing at the Ewok. Cordelia smiles as the two who brought her to the village approach her. They take her hands and lead her to a little baby Ewok. She gasps and looks between them, smiling.

"Is the baby yours?" She asks as she gestures between the two of them, then to the baby. They nod excitedly, speaking though she can't understand. She smiles at their excitement over their baby, hoping that one day she knows the feeling when she starts her own family.

The Ewoks grab her hands and pull her closer, urging her to sit with them. One grabs the baby and holds it closer so she can see.

"3PO, will you tell them that their baby is adorable and that I'm very happy for them?" She asks. He turns and speaks to them, and they hug her. "I think this is the best moment of my life." She says, laughing and hugging them back, careful of the baby.

She spends the rest of the evening with the two Ewoks and their baby before heading to bed. She struggles to sleep for a while, worried for the next day and the battle to come.

A short chapter, but I wanted a cute little Ewok chapter before the battle.
