Ryker woke up to her alarm blaring in her ear. The sound startling her awake as she jolted her head up from the pillow and looked around, noticing Finn laying next to her, awake and admiring her.
She smiled softly as she laid back slowly, watching Finn sit up, resting in his elbow as he looked down at the girl who stared into his brown eyes, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear, he whispered a small, "Hi."
"Hey." She whispered back. "You stayed."
"I made a promise, didn't I?" He leaned down and kissed her forehead, watching the smile spread across her face as he rested his forehead against hers. "I'm not going anywhere this time. I mean it."
Ryker nodded and hugged him tightly, pulling him down and making him fall on top of her, causing the two to laugh. Finn stayed in her arms and hugged her even tighter than before, holding her as close as possible.
