Hero Name: Ninja Steel Yellow Ranger
Background: Tokuro was a blacksmith and loved his job being one, until one day a huge star came then it gave him a yellow and white ninja stars and a lot of ninja stars. He was encountered by the Grimm until he had a vision of a yellow warrior and it had the same helmet as the star, he then uses the yellow ninja star's power and became the Yellow Ninja Steel Ranger then fought all the Grimm. Later he meets Robert and his friends which he agreed to join, then he saw that the white ninja power star reacting to Velvet which means it chooses her. Tokuro asks her if she wants to be a ranger and help which velvet agrees and is now the new White Ninja Steel Ranger, Tokuro later has feelings for and they both agreed to date while helping his friends.
