'Where are we?' Axel asked as she got off the back of Sirius' motorcycle.

She looked around and took in the view, the lights that usually filled the city of London were only distant. Around them were only trees and the odd picnic table.

'I came here with the Potters my first summer at Hogwarts. His family invited me on their camping trip when they figured out the life I had at home.' Sirius said handing his own helmet on the bike handle.

'That's very nice of them.' Axel said still admiring the scenery.

'You know Axel, I've seen how you flinch when people try and hug you, I just wanted to make sure you know you'll be safe with me around.' Sirius said smiling warmly.

Axel took in the words and felt slightly embarrassed. Her father had a habit of taking his anger out of her and for that reason she wasn't accustomed to affection.

'Thanks Sirius, it means a lot.' She said looking at the ground.

He walked over to a picnic table and layed on top of it instead of taking a seat. Axel chuckled at the sight gaining his attention.

'You gonna come join me or just stand there?' He asked sitting up slightly as he smirked.

She rolled her eyes but made her way to the table and layed next to him. They layed in silence for a while just admiring the stars until Axel began dozing off.

'Tired?' Sirius whisper.

He waited a moment for a reply before realzing that Axel was already alseep. He smirked himself before getting off the table and picking her up bridal style. He knew that the Potter's old cabin was not to far away so staying there for the night wouldn't be a problem.

'We're alright and staying at the Potter's cabin for the night. Axel dozed off and I don't want her falling off the motorcycle on the ride home.' Sirius said to his patronus before in disappeared.

He might not like Severus but thought that he at least deserved to know where is two housemates had gone off. Sirius looked at a sleeping Axel who he placed on the queen sized bed. He smiled as he pulled the blanket over her before he slipped into bed himself.

Axel's eyes fluttered open and she found herself in an unfamiliar environment. Glancing around she saw that the spot next to her in bed was empty. Where was Sirius? Slowly she got out of bed and examined the house. It seemed to be a cabin of some sorts. She went to the living room and saw that there was a Potter family picture. Now that she knew who's cabin she was in she headed for the washroom.

'I'm worse at what I do best, And for this gift I feel blessed.' Someone sang from within the washroom.

Axel smiled to herself because she recognized Sirius' voice. She leaned a little closer and heard the shower running. Slowly she stepped away and went back to lay in bed. After a few minutes the washroom door opened and Sirius came into the bedroom only wearing a towel. He began searching a small bag he had packed and didn't notice that Axel was awake.

'Nirvana?' She asked sitting up.

Sirius' head shot towards her and he almost dropped his towel in shock. Axel giggled slightly as he touched his heart as if to bring it's beating back to normal.

'You heard that?' He finally asked with a smirk.

'I did and I think you sing beautifully.' She said smiling.

He grinned and ran a hand through his still damp hair. Axel blushed slightly as she admired his muscular body. He wasn't the type of guy that parents would want their daughter to date but that was partially the reason that Axel was drawn to him.

'The washroom's free now.' He said smirking as he realized what she was looking at.

She mumbled a reply and shuffled towards the washroom with scarlet cheeks. She did her business and pulled on her jacket that had been left on the couch. Then retied her ponytail and flattened a few flyaway's before leaving the room.

'We can head down to a diner in town when we get back. Maybe, if I'm feeling nice, we can pick some food up for Sniv.' Sirius said as he pulled on his shoes.

'Sniv?' Axel asked as she raised her brows.

'Can't call him by the old nickname I gave him and calling him Snape is getting old.' Sirius said pulling on his jacket.

Axel grinned at the thought of Sirius making an effort with Snape because she told him to. They got back on the bike and rode into London.

'James and Lily are going to be earlier than everyone else, they always are.' Sirius said as he explained the small details about his friends that Axel didn't already know.

'I would have thought that would be Remus.' She said sipping her coffee.

'Ever since Lily came into the picture, James hasn't been late once.' Sirius said smirking.

'Want to bet?' Axel said matching his smirk.

He grinned and shook her outstretched hand. They finished their breakfast and even got a takeout meal for Severus. They got to Yorkshire road and open the door to find the house exactly how they left it.

'Surprised he didn't try and burn it.' Sirius mumbled as he hung up his jacket.

'Severus?' Axel called as she walked deeper into the house.

There wasn't a reply or a note so Axel began getting nervous. They checked the guest room and it was empty.

'Sirius, look.' Axel said pointing at the floor in front of Sirius' room.

In front of his door layed Severus' black cloak. Sirius stepped forward and picked it up. Axel's heart dropped as he opened the door, she didn't know what to expect.
