A/n: Alrighty so just for reference reader has a curse thingy whatever u wanna call it and is the child of two celestial beings who decided to be assholes and abandon reader and yadayadayada- ANYWAYS ENJOY MY BELOVED READERS!!!!

Summary: Nezha goes around the celestial realm to make sure there's no chaos going around, thats when he heard the crying of a child.

All was calm in the celestial realm, but one could never be so sure. That's how Nezha felt at the moment. Sure, the celestial realm has always been a calm place (at least most of the time) but anything could happen at any moment, so that's why Nezha decided to roam the celestial plains to find any possible danger. Unsurprisingly enough, there was no issue within the realm, just the local immortals talking to one another and so on. But as always, Nezha wasn't one to give up so easily, so on he went to continue his mission.

All was normal until the prince heard the soft crying near where he was, being  as curious as he was, Nezha followed the sound. To his surprise, Nezha found a small child sitting on a bench. The child hugged their knees to their chest and had their head down, their body shook with every hiccup that they let out. Nezha only stood a few meters away from the crying child, he honestly didn't know what to do. Should he comfort the child? Or leave it be? Gah, it was a crying child that was right in front of him and he was questioning whether he should comfort them. Nezha thought for a bit before speaking, "Hey..are you okay?" He spoke softly. The child looked up to Nezha, their eyes were red and puffy and their cheeks were wet from all the tears they've been crying. They wiped the tears from their eyes and sniffled, the child shook their head and hummed a 'no'.

Nezha sat next to the child on the bench and asked, "What's wrong, child?". The child hiccuped a few times before answering in a shaky voice, "I- 𝘩𝘪𝘤 m-my parents- 𝘩𝘪𝘤 they left me here and said t-they would come back but- 𝘩𝘪𝘤 t-they haven't come back y-et.."  They explained and went back to sobbing. Nezha nodded, "What do your parents look like? And what's your name?" He asked. The child gave a description of what their parents looked like, mainly using their own features and told their name, "..m-my names Y/n."

"Y/n..?"

"Y/n L/n."

Nezha immediately recognised the last name from a pretty wealthy and important family, the family was also pretty well known within the celestial realm. But all they ever cared about was wealth and good reputation, Nezha always found that they weren't as good as they seem to be although others thought highly of the family. Nezha's face faltered a bit, "And why exactly did they leave you here?" He asked. By now Y/n's sobbing has calmed and all they had was a sore throat and a small headache. "I..I don't know why...but I think it's because of my curse, they say I'm an ano-..anomaly because of it." Y/n explained to the prince. Nezha's mouth fell agape and his eyes widened in shock, then his face turned to a frown. 'How could someone treat a young child like this?' He thought, 'It's not right..'

Nezha places his hand on Y/n back an rubs it in hopes of comforting them, "Mind telling me what your curse is? I could help." Nezha said. Y/n thought for a bit before showing their wrist to Nezha, on it was the word 不幸*, "I got this when I was playing with my friends, we were all chasing each other when one of us accidentally angered a spirit. They all put the blame on me and the spirit put this curse on me so I would get bad luck for eternity, this also gives who ever is near me bad luck," Y/n began to tear up again, ", a-and all my friends left m-me because they didn't wanna get any bad l-luck, and then my parents started t-treating me differently a-and.." Y/n's voice began to break and tears started to spill from their eyes. In a panic, Nezha did the first thing he could think of to cheer up the child, "Hey..hey, It's okay," he said in a comforting manner, he held out his hands and asked, "You wanna see a magic trick?" Y/n's sobbing faltered a bit and they nodded.

"Give me your wrist, the one with the mark." Nezha said.

Y/n did as they were told, then Nezha put one hand under and one over Y/n's wrist and pressed gently. A soft pink glow emitted from under Nezha's palms, it felt warm and comforting. Soon after the glowing disappeared, Nezha removed his hands from Y/n's wrist, there on their wrist was a sticker over the curse mark. On the sticker read the word 海豹*, "Ta-da! It's a seal, this can reduce the effects of your curse. It may not get rid of it completely but it certainly helps." Nezha explains. Y/n looked at the seal on their wrist, then at Nezha, then back at the seal, they begin to tear up again and Nezha started to panic, "W-what's wrong? Did I do something wrong or-" Nezha was cut off when Y/n tackled him into a hug.

"Thank you!" Y/n exclaimed as they sobbed. Nezha was a bit surprised for a moment before returning the hug, "Of course, I was just doing what I could to help you." Nezha said with a warm smile.

The two pulled away from the hug soon after, then Y/n's smile turned into a slight frown and their gaze went to the ground which got Nezha concerned, "What's wrong, Y/n?" He asked. Y/n chewed on their lip, "I don't have anywhere to go..my parents left me." Y/n said. Nezha thought for a bit before he came up with an idea, "How about you come with me, hm?" Nezha suggested. Y/n perked up and turned their gaze to Nezha, "Really?" They ask. Nezha nods and hums a 'yes'. Y/n squeals and tackles Nezha into another hug, Nezha chuckles and returns the hug, "Guess you're coming with me now." He mumbles to himself and picks up Y/n. Soon after, Y/n started to calm down a bit and drifted off into sleep, it's been a long day for them after all.

And so the prince takes off into the sky, child in his arms ready to take them to their new home.
