JISOO's POV A shrilling sound went straight to my eardrums and I groaned, drowsily grabbing my phone from the nightstand, only to see my dear best friend being my early morning sleep intruder by video calling me.
"The hall Jennie Kim! Why would you call me this early in the morning!?" I shouted in annoyance while rubbing my eyes and blinking myself awake.
"Quite cute of you to assume that two in the afternoon is early morning." She remarked, giving me a bored look.
I jumped up and shot my head to the wall clock, and yes ladies and gentlemen, I did spoil my weekend by sleeping for half a day.
"Shit! Did I drink that much last night?" I asked and soon got my answer when a sharp pang appeared on the back of my head and shooed away the remaining sleep from my eyes.
"Aha! You even broke Lisa's record by having more than fifteen tequila shots." She smirked, wiggling her eyebrows.
My jaw dropped and I tried to register the bombshell information in my mind.
I do remember starting a silly competition with Lisa about who can drink fifteen tequila shots, and winning it last night at the nightclub. But the rest is history because I can't recall a single piece of memory after that.
"Ugh seriously! Did I do something weird after that?"
Getting drunk is one of the least favourite things I've done in my life. Because trust me when I say I am anything but sane when I am high.
That's how much of a bad drinker I am but of course, my ego is high enough to never admit it, which was why the competition took place last night.
"Mm, nothing much, you just danced like a stripper on the dance floor, spilt some sauce on Rosé's skirt, tried to pull out Lisa's bangs and also tried to seduce the junior guy which you are crushing on for ages, Jeon Jungkook. That's all you did." She casually finished, checking on her nails as if she didn't just list out the embarrassing things I'd done last night.
But aside from all of this, the last part was the actual thing that made me stop breathing for a moment.
