It's now December wow has this year gone by so fast...

It's the last day before Winter Break, and I am very much ready to get out of this hell hole we call school. These past three weeks have been kicking my butt.

Teachers just throw work left and right and then BAM here's a test. Like Why?

Anyways I'm in my last class Prob Stat when there's a knock on the door, my teacher opens the door and says,

"Ahh looks like we have a visitor, come in Santa!" What in the world, I shift my head towards the door and see nothing but the principal wearing a Santa suit and holding a bag of candy canes, laughing to myself "Santa" starts talking,

"Ho, Ho, ho happy holidays class, as you know this past week this school has been doing candy grams and I have the great honor of handing them out! If I call your name come on up!" This can't be real, who made the principal do this?

As he calls names out I go back to focusing on my work,

"Lilibet?" raising my head from my work I see the principal holding a candy cane up, slowly standing from my desk I walk closer to him,

"Here you go, Happy Holidays!"

"Thank you, you too!" grabbing the candy cane from him I go to investigate who it's from.

All It says is, "Merry Christmas Frog"

================================================================================

"Don't you think it's weird this person called you a frog? I someone called me that I would be offended," Olivia says handing back the note that was on the candy cane,

"Yes I would but this wasn't someone I don't know,"

"Who was it then?" Olivia asks raising her eyebrows in curiosity,

"It was Asher," I say looking back at the note, there was no way it wasn't.

"Huh, how do you know,"

"Well when I was in Massachusetts for that week for Claytons baseball he called me a frog one night and I called him a turd,"

"YOU CALLED HIM A TURD? LILIBET!" Olivia screams at me and smacks me on the shoulder,

"What was I supposed to say huh?" I defend

"Oh, I don't know,"

"Exactly, now leave me alone," smiling at her,

"Now let's go get some coffee!" dragging her closer to my car

Once we pull into the parking lot we race toward Chestnuts our local coffee shop, mostly run by college students or high schoolers.

As we walk in a get a whiff of the strong-smelling coffee beans, it instantly wakes me up. Walking up to the counter I decided to be festive and get the Peppermint Iced bark Latte. While Olivia gets her normal Vanilla latte.

While we wait for our drinks Olivia and I make our way to take a small little booth in the corner to talk.

As we are talking about gossip that's been going on at school I hear the chimes go off at the door, looking to see who it is,

It's none other than Asher and Tyler, Tyler is actually not a baseball player, he doesn't play any sports but is very smart.

When I say smart I mean Ivy smart. He Is pretty tall and has black curly hair and hazel eyes.

I make eye contact with Asher he is wearing a red Nike crewneck and some brown cargo pants,

Before I can run away I hear my name called, saying our coffee is ready.

Quickly I slip out of the booth to grab Olivia's and I'd coffee.

While walking back to the booth I try to catch a glimpse of Asher again but I can't seem to spot him, that's until I see Asher and Tyler sitting at the same booth as us,

"Oh hey,"

"Hello Lilibet," Asher says trying to contain his little smile from pouring out,

"Hey Asher, hi Tyler," I nod

"Hey, Olivia called us over to sit hope that's okay?" Tyler says as I sit down across from the boys, of course, Olivia did.

"Ow!" Olivia yelps after I pinch her,

"Are you okay?" Tyler asks, Olivia nods rolling her eyes at me.

"So, any of you guys get candy grams this year?" Olivia asks smirking, what is she trying to do?

After taking a sip of my coffee I look up to see Asher looking at me,

"Not this year," Asher states still keeping eye contact, making me feel weird I clear my throat and look at Tyler,

"I got one, but it was just from someone I tutor," Tyler smiles

"Lilibet got one this year," Olivia states loud and clear I choke on my drink, and after coughing many times I finally get the words out,

"Yeah I did, don't know from who, but they called me a fog," I look at Asher to see his smile as clear as day.

"Wonder who did it?" He says scratching the back of his neck, and that confirms those thoughts.

Asher defiantly made that note.
