" Mahi, my jaan. Look at me."
Yuvaan pleaded while Mahi just ignored him and lay down on bed. Yuvaan grabbed the duvet she was about to put over her.
" Kya hai?"
( What is it?)
She asked, glaring at him. He showed his handsome smile to melt her heart.
" Sorry."
She looked away.
" Apna sorry apne paas rakho. Aur bhaag jao yaha se."
( Keep your story to yourself. Get out.)
Yuvaan climbed up on bed and sat beside her.
" Bhaag kar jaaye kaha? Ant mein tumhare paas hi aana hai hume."
( Where do I go? I have to come back to you at the end.)
He stated, unaware how her heart skipped a beat.
" Jaate ho ki maare hum tumhe."
( Are you going or should I beat you?)
She showed her fist at him which Yuvaan grasped.
" Maar lo, gussa kar lo, par aise mooh na fulao."
( Beat me, stay angry with me but don't look away like this.)
Mahi scoffed.
" Tumhe usse kya? Tum to jao aur hamare saaman tode."
( What do you have to do with that? You just break my things.)
Yuvaan sighed.
" Saaman na ho gya ki sona chandi ho gaya ho."
( It seems like that was not a mere thng but gold or silver.)
She looked to the other side. Yuvaan did not say anything for 5 minutes and it confused her. She finally turned her head to his side. Her heart skipped a beat seeing him, who was already looking at her with head resting on palm supported by elbow. Smile is plastered on his eyes and his gaze is holding pure emotions which she failed to decipher.
Her mouth parted a little and she coughed slightly.
" Yuvaan-"
She gasped a little loudly and eyes widened due to shock as soon as she felt his lips on her cheek. She gulped and Yuvaan moved his face back after kissing her cheek.
" I am sure you must have forgiven me now."
He grinned and lay on his back, happy of his doing. Mahi blinked her eyes several times and sat up.
" Yuvaan, what was that?"
She pointed at her cheek. Yuvaan passed her innocent look.
" That?"
In a span of a second, he lifted his body up and pecked the other side of her cheek as well.
" Yuvaan!"
She exclaimed, flustered by his unusual antics.
" What?".
Yuvaan giggled.
" You are making me more angry."
Her lower lip curved into an angry pout.
" Acha? Hum tumhe mana rahe hain. Batao, abhi bhi roothi ho humse?"
