He responded with another bark and stick his tongue out, he put his paw on my shoulder, and licked my cheek as I giggled

Plagg back off and turned around himself while barking, so I get it as a yes. I petted him for while then I got him to the bathroom and I gave him a bath and dry him, once clean, I did the same for myself and I fell asleep
