The tiny sun pokemon
The name is a combination of Solis, Latin for sun, Sol, Spanish for sun, fisk, Danish for fish, and fish. It is the pre-evolution of Romantishine.
It is based on the baby form of the Mola Mola, also called the sunfish. The babies, called fry, are about 2 millimeters in length, so they are tiny!
