NANDINI'S POV

I saw the way manik and his team was working and I am really feeling proud to have such a driven boyfriend. we girls were helping them when ever they need but mostly it was his tech team .... specially manik and abhi.... its been 10 hrs they have locked themselves in the cabin ... though I am proud of them I am also worried these guys have ignored their food and sleep . I think I should ask them about this

I knocked the door ..but there was no response so I knocked again ... still there was no response...so finally I gave up and went directly inside the cabin.

"manik! manik!!"

finally manik came out of the laptop screen and looked at me

"hmm. nandini say? anything important ?"

"you both(I looked at abhi) have not eaten anything since 10 hrs.. what is this ? aren't u hungry?"

I kind of lashed out..

manik looked at the me finally out of his trance.. and said

"oh sorry ... I did not realize that ... can u order some sanwhich or burger for us... also juice thank u "

unbelievable this guy is ... I looked at abhi and said

"abhi mukti is looking for u go and meet her I need to talk to him!"

abhi also realised that mukti and him haven't spoken anything ..so he left and closed the door . I went near manik and made him look at me again

"are u serious manik.. u are going to have burgrs and pizzas? u already are so much into work and then u will have these kind of food .. chup chap u will have the food I order."

with that I left the cabin and orderd the food and made sure that manik and team have that ..

time went and I left the office. I came back home and called my girls .

"nandini wee were together still u called ?" mukti asked

"are ha I wanted u guys to know since the guys are busy with the meetinh with active srp stuff we have to make sure they aren't distracted by anything else !"

"u mean by other office work right ?" navya asked

"yup also we need to make sure they are having their lunch on time " alya said

"these guys are old still kids I tell u " navya said

"anyways ... also do have any idea about our university starting?" mukti asked

"well the results are suppose to be out in next week ...lets hope we all pass with nice grades" alya replied

"we will don't worry!" Nandini said .

We had a nice vc for a while and after an hour we ended the vc. I checked my phone for what's the time only to realise it's almost 12 and manik is still not here . I thought to call him but I dont want to disturb his work so I thought to ask him about this tomorrow morning and I went to bed .

THE NEXT DAY

I saw the room and it was empty indicating that manik wasn't present ....I am so sure the stayed in the office. I made some poha and left the office. As I reached I came to the office, I went to see manik in his cabin and saw everyone sleeping either on the desk.. or on the chair or on sofa .... I swear these guys will break their necks with this commitment .... I went to manik's cabin and saw manik and abhi sleeping on the chair.

I went near them and I touched manik lightly with the intension of waking him up.

"manik"

"manik"

he moved a bit and saw me and woke up properly .. he went to the washroom and fresh up and I took him to the café area

"manik how much did u sleep?"

he was still in sleep and said

"3 hours why ?"

I handed him the poha and said that

"manik working for the commitment is fine .. but u should take care of yrself na baby ... "

"I am fine bacha ... I am used to it ! " he repleid while eating

"Yass sure can see that ... but what about others? have u seen the guys they will break their necks.." I complained

"hmm... but how do I reduce that ...coz time will be wasted if they go home and then rest ad again come back ... I promise once this is done I will provide a good holiday to them " he suggested

"manik but that's not the solution .... aacha listen I have to buy something I need to go out ."

"as long as u are safe u can, come soon."

"yup also don't wake everyone.. let them sleep.. u work alone foe a bit and then after an hour wake them up"

"yes madam I swear suddenly I feel I am in school and u are my teacher"

"lol ...aacha take care I will be back soon."

with that I left the office and went to the nearest mall I can.

I thought that since these guys don't want to waste their time at the same time they should have comfort for more efficient performance I should buy mattress for them. so they can sleep whenever they want and comfortable for their minds to work.

I bought some 30 mattress and gave the office address to the owner to deliver it . next I went to s small restaurant who serves home made kind of food .. so that these guys don't have stomach issues .

after about 3 hours I came back to find the matters guy standing at the office and speaking with manik ...oh no I totally forgot to inform him . I went near them and said

"manik I had called him " and looked towards the seller and said

"aap yeh Andar leke jaaye.." the guy went inside ... and then manik looked at me waiting for an explanation . I explained him what I was thinking and he had a straight face. fuck now I am scared... did I do anything wrong ... ab kya karu?

"manik dekho plz don't look at me like this.. if u didn't like I will ask them to take these things back.. I will not come to office also.. I will join somewhere else...." I was continuously blabbering all the shit I can when suddenly I was lifted form the wrong and was in air and in someone's ...more like manik's arms ..

he kissed me hard on the cheeks and said

"baby I love you. trust me u are literally the best decision of my life "

I was like thank God this guy is not angry .. warna hulk Malhotra is difficult to handle.

"let's go inside and set it up and we need to work again .." he said and we went inside .

first of all I would really like to thank that u guys have been extremely patient with me . I was in lot of issues to cope up with including writers block but still thank u so much

I hope u enjoyed the chapter and also soon the book is going to end ...
