kei made his way up the concrete staircase, a severe case of déjà vu hitting him on the way up. hopefully this time it'd all go to plan. he reached the door and stopped. maybe he shouldn't be doing this. his arm reached out to the handle, but something in him hesitated. if he hurt tobio last time what would he do this time? his arm fell to his side, thoughts racing through his mind. should he go in? should they get back together? he walked past tobios apartment, up the staircase and onto the rooftop.
he needed someone to talk to.
3:56am ringing ~ ryu tanaka
r - "bro wtf it's 3am" hearing that croaky voice made kei immediately cool down, ryu brought a sense of comfort to him. he'd always love ryu, like family.
t - "i'm at his house. what do i say ryu? do i apologise? do i hu-"
r - "kei just.. just go in and let him carry the convo. whatever happens, physical or not, let him initiate it."
t - "but-"
r - "no buts just do it. one of us needs to admit their feelings and it's gnna be you. goodluck"
call ended 3:58am
"fuck it" kei let out a sigh and began walking back down towards tobios apartment. i guess it's happening

reaching out for the door handle, he took another deep breath and headed into the apartment.
stepping into the living room, he saw hinata and yams. he smiled and made his way to tobios room. his legs moved by themselves, as though it was routine. he pushed the door open into the room
k - "hi"
that familiar face shot up rapidly, his black fringe still as choppy as kei remembered it
t - "hey kei"
they stared at eachother for a while, remembering everything... i mean everything 😉😉
k - "let's talk before i do something i'll regret"
tobio smiled that same smile, as though he was in pure bliss
t - "kei what i said, calling us a mistake, it's not true. nothing i said that day was true, nothing i did either. i was drunk and sakusa was just there, i didn't know how i felt abt him or you. without him i don't know if i'd even be talking to you right now. he helped me realise who i really need."
k - "so the kiss? it was just cause u were drunk, no feelings behind it?"
t - "that had meaning, too much meaning perhaps."
k - "so.. you and sakusa??"
t - "there was no me and sakusa, tsuki it's always been you. i should ask about you and kuroo.."
k - "ushi should've smacked the shit out of me right then and there. what the fuck was i thinking then, tobio it's only you, forever you."
