Beijing, China.

"Are you sure of this?" Keegan asked me.

It's not sarcastic.

He chuckled.

"The question is...kaya ba kitang pigilan?"

That's true whenever I come up with my decisions, nobody can stop me even if my parents are against it.

I joked.

I know that he wants me to stay here for a longer time, but I can't. Next month will be the opening of classes kaya dapat makabalik na ako.

"Why did you choose to transfer and go back to the Philippines?" he asked again.

"I just missed staying there, especially those times together with my grandfather.." tipid na sagot ko.

It's been 2 years since he passed away.

My parents are just thinking about their business.

"I thought, tatakasan mo lang ang kasal natin." Keegan's voice brought me back to my senses.

Arrange Marriage. That's the way na ginawa ng mga magulang ko para lang makinig ako sa kanila. To be honest, it's like I've been living in hell for the past two years.

But still, I am thankful that Keegan is with me during those times. Keegan has been my best friend since childhood.
