The rest of the time we spent together was rather quiet and peaceful. Leah wouldn't let go of my hand, except when someone wanted a picture of us. Of course I wasn't upset as holding her hand sent a shock down my spine every time. When we gathered back at Beth's apartment , Lucy and I were probably the only ones that didn't buy all of London. The secret Santa were revealed instantly starting with Georgia who couldn't keep her excitement under control. She placed a small gift on the table and then opened her paper revealing Leah's name. When she opened it it was a cute wooden plaque that read 'To the best and only roommate. The best captain and funniest friend. May Santa give you spices this Christmas.' Georgia's face had a bright smile and was very pleased with her gift and so were we as we tried to hold our laughter.

"Thank you very much, Georgia. For this very very thoughtful gift." Leah said letting out a small giggle as it was very funny. We all continued exchanging gifts and then watching tv until it was late, then we left Beth's. Georgia and I took an Uber to Diana's apartment. I loved that place. Diana had such nice taste, even though it was the opposite of mine. We got there and Diana made us cook her dinner as a punishment for being late.

"Soooo, Y/n" Georgia said, taking a sip of her drink before pausing the tv, getting everyone's attention.

"What happened with Leah today, while you guys were together, ALONE"

Her alone was slow and louder than the rest, emphasizing it. This obviously caught Diana's attention, almost making her choke on her food.

"Alone? Together? Spill now." Diana demanded as Georgia nodded in agreement.

Now, normally I'd lie and tease them but there's no need to hide it from them and let's face it I need major help. So I told them everything. They were surprised about how fast I gave in but the story was much more attention grabbing. I watched in amusement as their faces lit up brighter than the tv screen still on pause. It made me laugh. They always told me to give her a chance, but being with her meant being here often or even permanently. Which is what I was running from, but now It seems like I was running in the wrong direction.

"Finally the ship has sailed!" Diana shouted waking her cat, Lola who was sleeping quietly on the couch.

"Gosh, you guys would break the internet." Georgia let out in a breath

"Can you two calm down, I said we were gonna take it slow." I tried to calm them down as they were obviously too excited.

"Let's be real, how slow can you guys go?" Diana stated, she wasn't finished though, it definitely sounded like a pause. After seeing my confused face she continued

"Y/n and Leah have known each other since forever and know a lot about each other. Leah also has never really been subtle about her feelings. Now that it's clear you feel the same way, how long do you think it'll take before you two go on a date, kiss, get spotted in public together being a little too close..." She paused again, this time with a smile on her face, and with a whisper

"End up in bed together."

Following that line my whole body turned red. Georgia was on the same page as Diana as they were laughing hysterically at my condition.

"Can you two fuck off?" I said jokingly which made them stop laughing and embrace me with a group hug.

"Don't worry babe, we'll help you so you don't fuck up." Georgia said

"Oh, speaking of fucking up, guess who's coming to London tomorrow for Sydney's party?" Diana asked, and the look in her eyes meant one person, instantly my face dropped and Georgia picked up who we were talking about.

"Oh dear, not that Guitar playing witch?'' Georgia exclaimed, making us both laugh. Georgia never liked Maya, my ex. Which now makes me feel stupid that I didn't listen to her then. Then, I was so in love with her that I told Georgia that she just needed to get used to Maya as she was my soulmate. Oh, how was I so wrong? Maya and I met on the red carpet my first movie. She wasn't very popular yet but many knew she would be soon. I didn't know what It was but I was immediately drawn to her, and she said she felt the same lol. We dated for over five years, after that time we had an apartment together and plans for the future. All that came crashing down one night. Paparazzi have always been one of my worst nightmares but they seem to like punishing me for something. Because on our anniversary, just as Maya had posted about it, they released Photos of Maya and a girl kissing, which was not me. The internet went crazy and Maya tried to save herself saying these were old photos, but I wasn't that stupid. I recognized the clothes and remembered when she wore them. I was devastated to say the least. Not to mention the fact I was sitting right in front of her when I saw the post.

Getting over her was hard, the internet was on my side mostly but I didn't care. I just wanted to be far away from her. So, I moved out and started travelling. Diana was more than happy to come with me as I did shootings in different countries . This was my first Christmas without her and inside I was slowly dying. My mind and body missed it, not her but the thought of having someone like that around, cuddling, decorating and being there with each other on the day.

Facing her would be hard, yes, but I wasn't going to look weak in front of her. Sydney's party was a charity ball for top actors, artists and socialites to come together to be fake for Christmas. It was a 'I can give more money than you' type of vibe and honestly I don't mind. I'm only going as my close friends are going to be there. Did I mention Leah and a couple of the girls would be there? So it wouldn't be that bad.
