Maxon's POV:
It was breaking my heart to have seen her in this situation. I wanted to kill him, but I knew better. I was stunned when she cried into my chest, and my heart broke even more. But I was happy there was still a tiny bit of her that cared enough to come to me for comfort. There wasn't much I could do but hold her. Wrapping the edges of my tuxedo jacket around her. She whispered, "Thank you." And I don't know what she was thanking me for. The guards came and dragged George off. Queen Adeline had fainted, Carlton was yelling at his Dad, and Ashley was looking at us strangely.
Ashley's POV:
(I know Ashley Tinsdale wouldn't be here, but I loved HSM and her character in other fan fictions so much I just had to)
I felt so sorry for her. That this had happened, while her marriage was falling apart. I'd always hated my Father-in-law and I'm glad he's getting his justice. But now America's just fallen back into Maxon's arms. I look over at my sister and she looks back at me. We both know what that look means, we need to take action.
