It had been a few days since Ron left and everyone was hurt because of it, even Jacob. Even though he was still mad over what Ron said about his father he was still his friend. The fact that he was out there somewhere alone, with Death Eaters searching for them made him even more concerned.

Both Harry and Hermione were upset over Ron leaving but no one was hurting more than Linda. Even though the others tried their best to comfort her, it seemed like her heart was shattered beyond repair.

The Quartet set camp on a rocky cliff. Inside the tent Linda was was staring at Ron's empty bed. Harry then stepped to Linda and held out his hand implying he wanted to dance.

The radio started playing a beautiful song. Linda took Harry's hand and started dancing with him. Just then Jacob and Hermione stepped into the tent and saw Harry and Linda dancing together.

"I think Harry's got to right idea" Jacob said as he held out his hand. Hermione smile at her fiancé and took his hand. They started dancing to the music as well, just like like they did at the Yule Ball.

Then the others saw something on Linda's face that they hadn't seen in a while.

A smile.

Unfortunately it didn't last long. Linda started thinking about Ron again which caused the smile to disappear.

Linda then walked away from Harry and laid down in her bed.

"It was a good effort mate" Jacob said to Harry.

Later that night Jacob was taking watch outside of the tent. He starting feeling drowsy and was about to nod off until he heard rustling behind him. He quickly got out his wand and turned around to see......Harry.

"It's just me mate" Harry said holding up his hands.

Jacob let out a sigh of relief and put his wand away.

"For god sake Harry, you damn near gave me a bloody heart attack" Jacob whispered so the girls wouldn't wake up.

"Sorry" Harry said.

"What are you doing out here anyway?" Jacob asked.

"I actually needed to talk to you about something important" Harry said.

"What is it?" Jacob asked.

Harry motioned Jacob to follow him. He then stood up and they both walked at least 20ft away from the tent.

"Listen, I've been doing some thinking about what might happen near the end of this war" Harry said "Just hear me out alright?"

"Ok?" Jacob said sounding a little concerned.

"Listen if by some reason I don't make it-" Harry said just before cut him off.

"Harry, I don't want to hear it" he said.

"Jacob listen-"

"I'm not listening to this!"

"Jacob please!" Harry said grabbing both his godbrother's shoulders. "Please.......Brother"

Jacob then stopped talking and allowed Harry to continue.

"If anything happens to me, if by any chance I do die. Then you're our last hope" Harry said "You are more powerful than both me and him so it only makes sense for you to defeat him if I can't. I mean let's face it, you're more of a hero than I am"

"Harry I'm not a hero" Jacob said.

"Bloody hell mate will you stop with the modesty for once!" Harry whispered loudly. "Everyone has viewed as hero ever since you killed that Basilisk our second year. Please Jacob, don't just do this for me, but for Linda, The Weasleys, our classmates, your Mum, your Aunt and Uncle, Emily and especially Hermione, so you two can have a future together"
