While out celebrating with your lover, they ended up getting carried away and drank way too much without realizing it. You had tried to stop them, but since they kept insisting they weren't going to get drunk, you begrudgingly let them continue. They looked fine to you, right? What's a bit more drinks going to do to them?
Turns out, out of the two, you were the one who ended up being completely sober.
With a red face, (love interest) was drunk before you knew it. They began stumbling in their words and giggling stupidly, reaching for more drinks. This behavior quickly gathered the attention of the other people you were with.
