I don't know why I made, at this point, four mermaid covers in my life when I read none of the mermaid stories.
It's something about me and water. Possibly because I grew up on the seaside and water (although never call sea water if you don't want a whole academic lecture of why sea should be called sea - not by me, but by some very passionate seaside or island people of my country) was always part of all my greatest moments and worst nightmares. There isn't much to this. I tried to just go through pictures on Pexels and make something out of a first picture that made me think creatively.
This is a practice of me trying to work on my editing rather than manipulation skills; playing with colors andd giving it a more of cinematic light and atmosphere.
How did I do? The jury is still out. I like it well enough and it did highlight some other things I really need to work on.
This cover will go to premade shop but I don't have my banners here so it has to wait until I come back home.I plan on opening a shop for a limited time, to celebrate my four years of design and this year's ONC. The shop will go live when prompts get published. More details will come then.
