Now just want you to know when some writers when they make "reader" inserts sometimes they drastically change how the reader looks and it's like....what's the point. Now that's what I'm trying to avoid so you have your own creative freedom. Now if you know RWBY well you know that characters our based on other characters rather it's fairy tails or not and their names starts with their first letter of hair color mostly. So with creating a somewhat fleshed out reader character I've made some most haves for her detailing but still giving you room to imagine her how you want. So if that bothers you I understand I get it.

Fairytale based on: Little Mermaid

Color:Pink (any shade you want)

Name: Y/n Elafonisi (like I said characters names are based color are give hints about them, elafonisi is a pink sanded beach in Greece....now just image the first name and letter of you characters name is related to a shade of pink even if it's)

Hair: Pink/mostly Pink( now regardless she needs the color pink in her hair but it's up to you on if it's ombré or fully covered, streaks, or peak a boo what ever you want) Also hair type is up to you

Eyes: y/c with a shimmering gold/purple iridescent ring around her pupils (lore not telling 👀)

Age in season 1: 15 years old (Rubys age)

Semblance: Stingray (she can select the surface her target is on and send "shock waves" of pain through their body, most of the time since they are standing it will go through their feet which makes it hard for them to walk. It causes a lot of pain that can linger.)

Traits:Her skin has a shimmer to it and looks dewy. She has a small "tattoo" on both her thighs that are scales. She is able to gain a long tail and fins over her body when she's in water. (Her clothes disappear but don't worry she's 'covered' with scales)

Y/n is mute, her voice was stolen from her 4 years ago...

She carries around a note book to communicate and knows sign language

Hobbies: Y/n has a thing for collecting vintage things, her favourite thing to collect is cassette tapes. Loves to swim and obviously loves to hang out at the beach
