Stevie has a vary hard time with loud noises due to the mechanics stuff dealing with his hearing broke when Vanny kidnapped him and he had to slam himself through a door

Bryan didn't realize Stevie needed repairs like that when they brought him back so it never got fixed, and Stevie doesn't want to bug Bryan about it

Now his hearing can shift between being super intense or super quiet, leading to sometimes when its too quiet, he will yell to try and hear himself and just be extremely loud, but when his hearing is too loud, it makes everything around him super intense, especially yelling.
