Alistir & Lily pt.3

Rionian Beasts started coming in full force. Alistir and Rylon began blasting the beasts and they disintegrated. They were able to hold the front, but Xeon radioed for help; the Rionian Beasts were trying to enter the house. Xan was ready to defend us. Rylon and Alistir went to help Xeon, and they were able to defeat them. Then, all of a sudden, we heard screeching noises. They were invading the house. Xan started blasting them.

We huddled together over Fox to protect her from the Rionian Beasts. Then I heard "Lily love, it's over" in a slight whisper. I looked up; it was Alistir. He took me into his arms and kissed me. Then I saw "Alistir, you're injured," I said. He looked down at his arm and then looked at me. "Willow, hand me my backpack," I asked. Willow was crying. Xeon walked over to her, and I watched him. "Willow, the battle is over, it's okay," he whispered to her. "It's not okay, everything is different from what it used to be," she sobbed. He wrapped his arms around her, and she rested her head on his shoulder. He lifted her and sat down next to Fox. I said, "Thank you, Xeon." He nodded.

Rose handed me my backpack. "Alistir, sit, please," he sat across from me. I opened up my backpack, "Why do you have so many medical aid supplies in that sack?" Alistir asked. "I'm a medical student, I was in my final year of school," I said as I took out the gauze, isopropyl alcohol pads, and peroxide. "This might sting," I said nervously. "Is that acid that burns?" he asked. "Sorry, Alistir, but it will help it heal faster and prevent infection." "It does all that? That's a miracle," he said. "You don't have peroxide or alcohol on your world?" I asked. "No." "Lily, you're a doctor?" Xan asked. "Yes, a med student," I said. "All done," I said. "That feels healed," Alistir said, smiling. He leaned into my lips and gently kissed me. "The transport is here," Xan said. "Load her, and then we will return to our transport ship. Rylon went to fly it to the current location," he said. "Lily love, don't fret, Fox is in the best hands, you will be reunited on the ship," he whispered to me. I nodded. Xan walked over to Fox, knelt, picked up her limp body, and gently carried her out. We followed him. Alistir warned us that we might see deceased Rionian or remnants from their bodies, and to look at the ship. Alistir was so nervous about Lily and her sisters' reactions.

"This is awesome, like Dr. Who," Rosemary said. "It's like Star Wars," Willow said, smiling. "It's right out of Star Trek," I said. We all started giggling. Alistir looked concerned. "We are happy," I reassured him as we boarded his transport ship. "All passengers must strap in," Rylon said. He helped Rosemary; Alistir helped me, and Xeon helped Willow. Alistir sat down next to me, gently took my hand, and intertwined it with his. His hand was larger than mine, but it felt nice. We took off and started flying off the ground. I looked out the window as we climbed higher and higher. It was beautiful. We reached the earth's end, then black everywhere. We were in space. I looked at my sisters. We smiled, excited about actually seeing Earth from space. Rylon turned the ship to face Earth so we could see it. "Wow," we said. "Dad would have loved to have seen this," we said. Rylon turned the ship back around and headed to the larger ship. It was huge, almost like a city in the sky. We headed for the landing bay. Fox's ship was in front of our ship. They docked first, and then we docked. Alistir helped me with my straps. We went to the back of the ship to the loading dock. We waited for a few minutes for depressurization and stabilizer to stabilize, and the airlock to engage. The door opened up, and we walked out into an actual space station.

Fox was being carried out. Alistir and I followed the medical officer to the medical bay. Then, an older man stepped forward. "Lily, this is the ship's doctor," Alistir told me. "Greetings, they call me Dr. Kor. They tell me that you have some medical training. Is that correct, Your Highness?" "Yes, I've been in school. I have attended UCLA, UCSD, and NYU. We had to carry her, that's how we ended up at the farmhouse," I said, sadly. "I'm glad to inform you she's going to be alright. She needs decontamination, and she will need quarantine for a week or so," Dr. Kor said. "Okay, thank you, doctor." "Fox will be well looked after and cared for," Alistir reassured me. I buried my face in his chest. He wrapped his arms around me rubbed my back gently and let me cry. Alistir picked me up and carried me to one of the beds. "I just want Dr. Kor to check you out medically," he whispered in my ear. "Thank you, Alistir, for everything you and your men have done," I said He smiled "It was my pleasure to rescue you and your sisters" he whispered to me. Dr. Kor came over looked at Alistir and gestured toward Lily he nodded he came over to me "Your Highness lay back" he said I lay back and he scanned me as Xeon did to Fox it took a few minutes then he looked up "She looks great health wise nothing alarming just a little dehydration and fatigue but she is perfectly healthy" He said I sighed in relief and so did Alistir with that he picked me up and carried me to his Quarters. We reached his quarters and it was huge it opened to a large sitting area and a large window that looked out into space. There was a door opened to his bedroom he carried me to the bedroom and placed me down on his bed crawled next to me pulled me into his arms I rested my head on his chest he whispered "I wanted to be alone with you finally holding you in my arms" "I feel so good thank you Alistir" I whispered to him he smiled and leaned down kissed me and I kissed him back. He held me for a while and smelled my hair. He loved having her finally she smelled so intoxicating like sweet Dorvis flowers. I am the eldest sister and I looked at my sisters and said that we needed to leave Chicago and go to California where our family lives my sisters agreed so we packed what we would need and tried to find what supplies along the way. We left our house and started walking. After Fox got poisoned we found the empty farmhouse stocked with extra supplies but no one was there so we stayed for a while Fox wasn't getting any better I knew that she needed medication and we were low on supplies. That night I had a dream of you saving me and my sisters. The next morning I left at dawn retraced our steps from the week before and re-entered the city we passed through I looked for a Clinic, Urgent Care, and Pharmacy I spotted a Pharmacy and went inside to the back and found some vials, syringes, first aid supplies, and other medications I thought that might help us to cross boarders along with other supplies I could hear screaming and shrieking noises I knew the creatures were close by I had to hurry up and leave the city. I found a grocery store and went inside and found the food that is when I knew I was trapped. I was determined to get back to my sister that is when you appeared I couldn't believe my eyes that you were real I was in shock at first then you picked me up and carried me to safety.
