"Y-Y/n! I like you!" Aya said to the E/c eyed boy. Y/n was dumbfounded for a second blinking in the silence.
"H-Huh?!"Y/n said obviously flustered by the sudden confession. "D-Do you like me back.."Aya said as her eyes started watering."I- Well- uhm! I just!"Y/n tried to say waving his hands around in panic.
"Well! Y-Your not denying it! So..That must mean you accept my feelings right?!"Aya said. "Huh?! Wait! It's not like that! I'm just- I-"Y/n was flustered and couldn't get himself out of this trouble.
Soon after Y/n felt a pair of arms wrap around his waist. Y/n turned his hand and blushed seeing an angry Kagaya with a pout on his face.
"Hmph"Kagaya huffed out loudly catching the girl by surprise. "Oh..OH! I see! Forgive me Y/n! I'll be off"The girl said in a surprisingly weird mood.
"Phew..Thank you Kagaya, I don't know what I would've done to get out of that mess" Y/n said. Kagaya smiled and nuzzled his nose in your neck making you chuckle.
Y/n then realized something happening to Kagaya's face."K-Kagaya.."Y/n said turning around to face the boy."hm?"Kagaya hummed. Y/n grabbed Kagaya's face gently moving a piece of his hair away from his eye.
"What..But..Your still so young.."Y/n said. Kagaya smiled softly."I was going to tell you but that girl kind of made me forget.."Kagaya said. "So..It's finally happening?"Y/n said. Kagaya nodded keeping his smile on his face.
Y/n looked sad and hugged Kagaya tightly. "I wish I could help you.."Y/n said. Kagaya hugged back."It's okay Y/n! Maybe in the future we can both find a cure. There's always a cure to something " Kagaya said letting go of the hug and facing the male.
"So..that girl..I suppose you know her.."Kagaya said changing the subject."Ah- yeah she's a friend of mine, but I wasn't expecting that from her-"Y/n said rubbing the back of his neck.
"Hmph! Figures- Your lucky I came quickly to get you out of that"Kagaya said looking away and crossing his arms."Haha, yeah thank you for that "Y/n said.

"Ah,Y/n" A familiar voice said. Y/n looked to his side to see Shinobu next to him."My- where did you come from?"Y/n said. Shinobu smiled."It seems you still can't tell when I'm besides you"She said. Y/n laughed and smiled back.
"How is the master doing?"Shinobu asked."Hea doing fine, He is still sleeping. It seems yesterday was a long day for him" Y/n said."Hm.."Shinobu hummed.
"Did you know.."Y/n said looking down with the same soft smile. Shinobu was confused and looked at the boy. "Did you know..about what I was in the past?"Y/n said looking up to the girl.
Shinobu finally understood and looked in the distance."It seems he told you the truth, yes I did know.." She said. "Well then, how come you never finished the job?"Y/n asked. "Two reasons, The master wanted to keep you alive, And two..Because you were a good friend"Shinobu said.
Y/nsmiled at her and nodded."Thank you Shinobu" Y/n said. Shinobu nodded and left Y/n in the shadow.
"Y/n!" A yell was heard. Y/n flinched at the harsh tone but soon smiled realizing who it was."Sanemi you scared me there"Y/n said turning around at the pissed male."I heard what happened last night, So get ready"Sanemi said. Y/n was confused and blinked two times.
"Huh?"Y/n said."Are you deaf?! Get ready! If Muichiro was attacked by a demon, then that demon should come back for you..so we need to go and find it and kill it!"Sanemi said."Sanemi, Muichiro was traumatized that night, we don't even know if it was a demon or better yet, we don't know who that demon was" Y/n said.
"So your saying you don't believe Muichiro's words?"Sanemi asked."T-That's not it! I just can't believe that the same demon wants me.."Y/n thought. Sanemi sighed in annoyance and hit the back of my head.
"Ouch!"Y/n yelled."Pull yourself together! Don't you want revenge for Muichiro?! I know your that same sweet and kind Hashira but you always get revenge when someone gets hurt"Sanemi yelled.
He was right about that. Every time a Hashira would get hurt or killed Y/n would always find that same demon and return with nothing but a bloody sword.
"Fine..you convinced me, but! Give me a moment until dark, so I can be fully ready"Y/n said. Sanemi nodded and Y/n went to Kagaya's room. As soon as he entered he realized that Kagaya was now awake and seemed to be lost in thought.
"Kagaya?"Y/n called out."Hm? Y/n..you can come in. My daughters pulled some fabric together covering the sun from entering"Kagaya said. Y/n nodded and walked in.
"Kagaya, I need to talk to you"Y/n said. Y/n sat next to the boy and grabbed both of his hands."Kagaya..Muichiro was attacked last night by a demon"Y/n said."Hm..is he alright?"Kagaya asked.
"Yes, he's doing fine..But he had gave me and Sanemi some information about the demon coming back and..you know I can't let that happen" Y/n said. Kagaya instantly knew what Y/n was about to say.
"Y/n.."Kagaya said."Kagaya..Please listen to me, Me and Sanemi are going to try and find this demon"Y/n said."n-no..No. I can't let you"Kagaya said. "I won't be gone long, I promise!" Y/n said."No!"Kagaya said.
Y/n was a little surprised at Kagaya's change in tone."Just..no"Kagaya said. Y/n's eyes soften at Kagaya's watery eyes. "No..No no come here.."Y/n said soon hugging Kagaya in his arms."Don't cry..You know I hate it when you cry.."Y/n said.
"Kagaya..I love you..I love you so much, But if that demon comes back..who knows what will happen to everyone, including you. I'm trying to protect you.."Y/n said.
"I can't lose you again..Please just..Stay with me.."Kagaya said grabbing onto Y/n's Uniform. "Kagaya..this is a promise I will keep. No matter how long or how bad..I will come back to you"Y/n said lifting Kagaya's head.
Kagaya's face was covered in tears as he nodded his head hesitantly. Y/n smiled down at Kagaya and kissed him gently on the lips. Kagaya was taken by surprise for a while before kissing back.
The kiss was long,gentle,And sweet in Kagaya's mind. He never wanted to let go of Y/n..scared of losing him once again. Y/n soon broke the kiss only for Kagaya to pull him back.
Kagaya didn't want to let go, he didn't want to see Y/n go through any more pain than he already did. Finally the two broke apart. Kagaya hugged Y/n once again,"I love you too Y/n.."Kagaya said.
Y/n smiled softly and hugged Kagaya back."Please..come back safe.." Kagaya said."I will...I will.." Y/n said.
