good ending:
the trapped characters stage a coup (pronounced "coo") and cause a huge breach and the staff is unable to stop them because they all attempted to escape at the same time.
with the combined efforts of miu, chihiro, and kazuichi they manage to undo junko's programming and turn keebo back to normal.
during all the fuss fuyuhiko got his memories back and apologized to everyone for forgetting them, especially peko.
shuichi was taught how to read lips, got hearing aids, and was given blindfolds for his eyes and everyone is being taught sign language.
while they were unable to break out by themselves sonia and ibuki were able to call for help and the Japanese and novoselic militaries were able to bust down the entrance.
they were able to heal some of the physical injuries of some of the characters like sonia's torn cheeks and were able to undo a handful of the character's negative side effects.
mukuro was able to get a vocal cord transplant and had surgery to get her neck back to normal.
gundham was finally able to accept that his hamsters were dead and gave them a proper and honorable funeral that everyone attended and they were threatened by sonia to at least pretend like they were sad and to do it well or she'd screech in their ears.
after all that was said and done, they ended up completely renovating the lab into their home, removing any sign that it was a lab.
the adult characters basically became parents to the students and WOH.
mikan, tsumugi, chisa and monaca were forced to watch ryota's hope video and were thus returned to normal
as for junko... say what did happen to her? hey akane, do you by any chance know?
akane: nope! no idea! *licks lips*
oh well, guess we'll never know
my headcanons:
the furry characters have developed a few animal-like habits such as gundham enjoying snuggling with sonia and wrapping his tail around her and also making cute little chitter noises when their cuddling
miu, kazuichi, and chihiro have made various support items for the other characters and such as new robot bodies for jataro and chiaki that they can transfer their conscience's into whenever they want to walk around, water-proof electric wheelchairs for the marine students, and robotic arms for the students that need them for whatever reason
mondo carries around a taser so he can give himself small bursts of energy when he needs
a lot of the characters are learning to control and weaponize their new abilities in case they ever need to protect themselves and/or their loved ones
mahiru's camera functions have been upgraded so she can record and play videos and also hook up to computers and phones to download pics from there (she can choose which pics to upload BTW so no accidentally downloading 18+ stuff)
gonta has formed a brother-sister-like friendship with kotoko because she's a butterfly and gonta loves insects, kotoko was initially cautious of him because of his large size and her past trauma but she soon realized that gonta meant no harm
a lot of the characters are pretty protective of each other because of everything that's happened and gundham is especially protective of sonia because she's pretty much all he has left
most of the characters still get visits from loved ones (i say most because some of the characters' relatives either don't care about them or are dead(or missing in the case of rantaro's sisters))
most of the cast have affectionately dubbed sakura "she-hulk"
hiyoko still makes fun of people sometimes but it's almost never about their appearance after her mutation
on a similar note, kokichi only lies if there's a reason for it now since his toxic lying was what made junko decide to make him a poison hedgehog
fuyuhiko feels awful about forgetting everyone, especially peko so he's spending as much time with everyone as he can, especially peko
