i also looked up the st louis crime rate a while back and found the city's basically the purge, and while i was looking up the aforementioned drug trade maps i found out st louis is in all of them, with it being on a primary marijuana trade route

background info:
on the surface, little daisy is a cafe owned by a sweet, motherly woman from the south who was widowed about a year or two ago(mitzi), but if you pull the right cookbook on the pantry shelf, it's revealed to be a secret door down to the lackadaisy nightclub/strip club/gang HQ
there are places like this, dubbed "modern-day speakeasies", sprinkled throughout the city that are frequented by everyone from rebellious 18-year-olds who think they know better now that they're technically adults, to corrupt members of the police force, to rich people who need something to do with all that money
seeing as prohibition has long since been repealed, the various gangs now deal with narcotics, gambling, and other stuff they don't have a license to be doing
lackadaisy was once the toughest, most prosperous gang in st louis before the death of its leader, atlas may, now its regarded as a "fallen empire" by the police force and rival gangs alike

rocky is a drug dealer/runner/violinist for the gang with a flair for dramatics who lives in the gang's van, whom he has affectionately named "old lizzy", he never lets his violin out of his sight and adores lindsy sterling
freckle is rocky's cousin, who got involved with gang life after he got rejected from the police academy for going crazy at the shooting range, then through a series of rocky-related events which involved meeting and becoming attracted to ivy, he is now lackadaisy's gunman
i've also decided he likes the soft boy aesthetic, as it fits with his more timed personality(when he's not holding a gun that is)
ivy is mitzi's goddaughter who works as a cashier in little dasiy during the day and a stripper at lackadaisy during the night, she doesn't have sex with people though, just dances and occasionally does karaoke
she also manages the gang's various social media accounts, making little daisy look like a normal cafe and everyone who works there look like normal people, effectively making her the gang's new princess
she occasionally takes part in deals and runs, as she's on the rifle team at SLU and they need as much firepower as they can get right now, but most of the time she's just the driver seeing as freckle mostly has it under control (oh the irony), she still carries a pistol with her just in case and there's always a rifle tucked under the seat
mitzi is the gang's former princess, now she's jokingly called the gang's "queen" because she's the leader now
she once played the bass/ukulele in the band that now plays at lackadaisy, she also used to be romantically involved with zib, the lead guitarist/saxophonist, but now they're just friends
she's currently hooked on a rich man named wick, whether she actually likes him or is just trying to get funding is unknown
zib also happens to be bi, that's not important i just thought i'd mention it
viktor is an OIF vet who was kneecapped shortly after atlas's death, ivy is trying to convince him to get a knee replacement, with her paying for everything, but he insists he's fine, and while he has learned how to live with busted knees, he secretly would really like to get that surgery
horatio is the bouncer who hates violence and would much rather be an opera singer, why is he still here? no f**king clue
sedgwick "wick" sable is a regular at both the little daisy and lackadaisy and one of the aforementioned rich people who frequent the place
