"Thanks for the ride." I smile at Dale as they drop me off at Christina's in their RV. Noah and Ben wave, but Dale gets out and follows me towards the door.

"You promise we will see each other again?" He asks worriedly as I knock the door. I texted her and she is having me stay the night. I may be mad at Toby, but staying with Dale would be wrong.

"I swear. I will call you every day." I promise hugging him. Christina opens the door and grins at my then her smile faulters when she glances at Dale.

"Hey Tris." She greets unsure of Dale and motions for me to come in. I wave one last time before I walk inside.

"Hey Chrissy!" We walk up to her room and I sit on her pink covered bed.

"What was that all about?" She refers to outside and I shrug.

"That's Dale."

"Well I want myself a Dale cause he's smoking hot! Where did you meet him?" Christina chuckles asking. I explain to her how I use to know him and how I ran into him today. She started frowning when I told her about mine and Tobias's converation.

"You guys are still dating right?" Her eyes widen in concern.

"I honestly don't even know." I sigh and she furrows her eyebrows.

"Here. Call him now. Don't let this relationship go to waste. He loves you Tris, don't you see that?" Christina demands and I smile weakly. She's the best.

"Okay, I will." I decide. The first call goes straight to voice mail so I try again. The next try just rings on until it stops.

"Maybe his phone is dead?" Chrissy suggests cheesily and roll my eyes.

"Or I'm just such a bitch he doesn't want to talk to me." I explain falling back onto a fuzzy pillow. I love her pillows a lot, I mean who doesn't love fuzzy things?

"Yeah you are a Bitch. I mean Four trusts you and would do anything for you, but you can't even return that to him? I would hate you too." She says suprising me. Well then. I suppose she's right.

"It just is hard. Dale has helped me through everthing. I use to be depressed you know. I would get bullied every day at school called fat. I believed I was fat so I quit eating, Dale noticed. He was there for me every step of the way to get me healthy again. Dale stopped the rumors about me and made me feel special. I always thought we would graduate and start a life together. Isn't that stupid? We were young and already in love." I start to cry. Dale was the only person who has known about my past, now Christina knows.

"Tris I'm sorry." She hugs me and I wipe my tears.

"Four probably thinks I'm a careless stuck up bitch, right?" I laugh disheartily.

"Probably." She tells me the truth chuckling.

"Sorry I came here and told you my problems... I must of ruined your night." I bite my lip apologizing and she shrugs.

"Eh I was eating and watching netflix anyways. So let's stop crying and go shopping!" Christina suggests excitedly and I agree. I need to do somthing to get my mind off of all of this.

We end up going to the mall and spending a couple of hours there before we got tired and headed back. As we drove back I asked Christina to stop by my house so I can grab something. I needed to grab my money and some belongings because I surely do not plan on coming back to that house for a while.

"I'll hurry." I tell her as I got out of the car. Its already 9:45 so hopefully everyone is asleep. I take the key from under the door mat and quietly walk in.

"Tris is that you?" Calebs voices echos through the entry as the hallway light turns on. I shush him and he frowns confused.

"Where have you been? Mom has been worried." He scolds in a harsh whisper and I laugh dryly. Did he not know what happened?

"Don't worry about it Caleb. Just please do me a favor and don't let them I was here." I beg quietly.

"What's going on?"

"I will tell you later." I say and go upstairs to my room. The light in my parents room is off and I breath relieved. I take the money I stored in a shoe box for years from jobs, christmas, and birthdays. It added up to 2,684 dollars and grab a bag that I pack full of clothes and belongings.

"Caleb, was that Tris?" I hear my 'dad' gruffly ask Caleb from downstairs and I pray that he will stick up for me.

"Er no. I was watching TV, sorry if I woke you up." I smile and silently think him before I climb out my window and out to the car.

"You okay? You look worried." Chrissy asks as I get in the passenged seat.

"I'm fine." I reply and lean back. I don't know what to do anymore honestly. My life here seems messed up and I still have a few months before I can graduate and leave. Maybe I will just move to Alaska. Yeah, that sounds good.

"So Shauna called your phone and I answered while you were inside..." Christina starts and I raise my eyebrows. "She was wondering why the hell your boyfriend kicked Zeke's ass."

"Did he really? Oh my gosh. Its all my fault." I put my face in my hands in guilt. After a few moments and pull out my phone to try and call Tobias again.

"Hello?" He finally answered in a sleepy tone. I think I woke him up.

"oh um hey." I don't exactly know why I called now that he answered I feel so nervous.

"Tris, is that you?" Tobias asks more alert now.

"Yeah.." I say uneasily. Maybe this wasn't a good idea.

"What happened? Did Derek hurt you? I swear if he did.. I should've killed Zeke." He rants angerily amd my eyes widen.

"No No. I'm fine." I ressasure and I hear him let out a breath of relief. I least I know he still cares a little.

"Well, what is it then?" He asks annoyed probably cause he's mad still.

"Why did you beat the crap out of Zeke?" I get to the point and I swear I hear Tobias laugh.

"Because that douche left you with Derek, that's why." It annoys me when he say Derek instead of Dale, but I ignore it.

"It was my fault though n-" I start then get cut off.

"Tris, I told you. I'm done with this." He states sharply avoiding my explanation.

"Does that mean we are...." I bite my lip.

"Done." Tobias ends the sentence hanging up and I throw my phone at the dash board sobbing. I'm so stupid. Why did my past have to come back? I thought I left it behind.

"Tris, hon what happened?" Chis leans over and rubs my back.

"Four and I are done." I say hoarsely and she looks taken back.

"What?" She asks atonished.

"He broke up with me. It's not like it would never of happen though, right? I mean we would've had to go seperate ways to college and all." I try to comfort myself and Chris looks at me in pity.

"Tr-"

"Nothing is even holding me back now. Not my family or Four. Maybe I should just leave. I would miss you and the gang so much... but we can visit and everything!" I rant on cutting her off.

"Tris.. if its that easy for you to give up then maybe you don't love Four like you said you did." She tells me and I flinch. Do I?

"What if I don't? What if it is really just Dale who I can't let go of..." I realize slowly.

"Tris, Four is my friend , but I love you more like a sister so whatever you decide I will always support you." We pull into her drive way. Maybe all of this was a sign for me to leave? Or I met Dale at this time because it was meant to be. I know what I should do. It'll make everything better.

"Hey Dale, you got extra room for a travel buddy?" I call him getting out of the car. Maybe this can be a new start for me.
