Intuition Doesn't Lie

Nya's POV

"Sleepovers are so boring," Lloyd groaned. "Can't we just go camping?"

"Camping! That's perfect. F*ck the sleepover, camping's better," Skylor agreed.

"Sky!" Kai screamed. "You said the F word!"

"I did," Skylor said proudly.

"Oh my god, my innocence..." Lloyd muttered.

We all burst out laughing. Kai smacked Lloyd's shoulder as he laughed. "Oh, our innocent green bean."

"Oh, shut uuuuuuup." Lloyd rolled his eyes.

"Okay, so, camping? Is that a fixed plan?" Skylor asked.

"What's camping?" Benthomaar asked.

"It's, like, we live in the forest in a tent for 24 hours?" Skylor replied. She shrugged.

"I LOVE camping!" Sally gasped. "It's so fun, and we roast marshmallows, tell spooky stories, whatnot!"

"Exactly why it beats sleepovers," Harumi pointed out.

"Come on! Let's go pack!" Jay yelled.

"No, breakfast isn't even ready yet," I reminded him.

"Breakfast is ready!" Mom called from the kitchen, and we all laughed while we served ourselves bacon and eggs.

After breakfast, we packed our stuff and headed to the campsite with sleeping bags, tents, and a picnic for lunch.

Kai's POV

I have a bad feeling about this camping trip. I dunno why.

When I told Nya, she said, "I hope that jinxes it." And I smiled, but I still don't feel hopeful.

Anyway, I got dressed in blue men's jeans and a red sweater with a dragon emblem on it.

We all had our different styles:

Nya wore a blue sweatshirt and trousers.

Skylor wore skinny jeans and a red crop top (she looked absolutely stunning).

Jay wore a blue hoodie with a lightning emblem (to match mine).

Lloyd wore a green graphic T shirt and boys' jeans.

Vania wore a purple shirt and white jeans.

Bentho just stayed in his sea clothes.

Cole wore an emo black and silver sweatshirt and black ripped jeans.

Harumi wore a green shirt with a purple and black spider, and black leggings.

Sally wore pink jeans and a pink shirt with the LGBTQ+ flag on it (and later told us she was bisexual).

Mabel wore a matching sweater to Jay's, and jeans.

We even took a picture after that:
