Technology. Some say it will be the downfall of humanity. Others say it will bring humanity into a new age of growth. Houka Inumuta calls both of these arguments pointless. They're distractions created by people like him to draw attention away from the real usefulness of technology. Control. At its deepest fundamentals, technology can be used to exert an incalculable amount of control over any body of people one wishes to target. Algorithms created to keep a person locked in a loop of entertainment. Subliminal messaging lurking in the advertisements so many think they can ignore. Bank accounts locked out because someone said something they shouldn't have. Information generated by those who wish to rally an army to their cause. This power is what he pays most attention to. The power of control.

Honnouji has harnessed the raw, unbridled power of technology for its own gains. The scope of the technological infrastructure of Honnouji Academy alone would blow the rest of Japan's understanding of technology out of the water. And that was all before Inumuta was recruited by Satsuki Kiryuin herself. When he was given free reign over the technology of Honnouji, he created the most advanced system of electrical engineering ever seen in the world. Ethernet cables boosted by Life Fiber energy. Security systems that could erase a nuclear ICBM in the blink of an eye. AI data algorithms that can tell you what an alien in the Andromeda Galaxy is composed of just by analyzing a moon rock. To Inumuta, the digital world is his sandbox. So as the students of Honnouji Academy fight over who might get to stand ever so slightly closer to Lady Satsuki, he sits atop a high-rise in the three-star district hacking into the most secure servers in the world. Namely, the REVOCs servers.

REVOCs has an incredibly sophisticated security system even when compared to Honnouji's. Getting into their deepest data servers is his quest for the Holy Grail of information. Satsuki gave him the task of dissecting their web of data all stored behind complex layers of security and unknown coding languages. But today is where he would make the most progress he has ever made.

Inumuta, with the assistance of a language solving program, has finally decoded the base language of all of REVOCs programs. With this master key, he can break through any barrier he wishes by breaking down the severs into lines of code then translating the data into more understandable text languages. But this access is volatile. He may now have a key to any data point on their servers, but if he triggers a security measure this deep in their network, then the whole coding language will change, and access will get harder to acquire if their defenses are up.

He locates a sub-net of servers labeled "Project Assimilation". Curiosity does as curiosity always has. It kills the cat. Inumuta cracks open the server. It's protected by a new algorithm reserved for high-level clearance. With his master key in hand, he breaks through with no problem.

The text takes some time to translate from the base coding into his language, but when it does, he's left with a single file. It's seventeen gigabytes in size and is time sensitive. The base coding changes every few minutes, meaning he has a limited amount of time until it becomes illegible. Copying the information means triggering a security system, so he scans the file as fast as possible, trying to find anything that seems important enough to sacrifice the rest of the file's access for.

"Nui Harime, Project K"

Nope.

"Ragyo Kiryuin's Life Fiber Implant"

Interesting, but likely not valuable information.

"REVOCs Account Info"

Maybe a younger Inumuta would run for it, but not this version of him.

"Neo-Primordial Development"

Might be worth checking out. But not eye catching enough to waste this access on yet.

"(R/N) Life-Fiber Cleansing, Augmentation Initiative"

Bingo.

Inumuta opens the text log, gritting his teeth as the software lags behind. Every second wasted is a second the code might rewrite itself. The log slowly unravels letter by letter.

Inumuta slams his laptop shut. Iori had warned (R/N) and Lady Satsuki about Goshujin. That one transformation loop drove him crazy then crashed the entire infrastructure of the sewing club. Iori has been purging the servers of an unknown virus for days now. If what he just read is true, then things have escalated much more than what he or any of the administration of Honnouji knows.
