Springtrap x Reader "Not the first time"

Part 60 - Fuzz

Nex pushes the button for the third floor and waits for the elevator doors to close.

The officer waits in front of the elevator until the closing doors slowly block your view.

N: You saw him, right?

Nex asks as the elevator goes down.

Mr. Sleti?

Y: You mean Mr. Sleti?

N: No. Springtrap.

Y: Oh-

You observe the elevator button to see that the third floor lit up.

Y: Umm- I thought we were leaving-

N: We're not done here.

The elevator comes to a stop and shortly opens its doors to the third floor.

You and Nex step out of the elevator. You try to sit on a bench to think, but Nex pulls you to the stairway.

Y: Wha- Nex!

N: Don't be so loud.

Y: I-

You hesitate to speak as you question why you're both going back up. You eventually lower your voice, realizing.

Y: won't the officer still be there-?

N: not if we're quiet.

After a minute of going up the stairway, you both reach the sixth floor again.

Nex observes the surroundings before walking out. You glance at the elevator to see the officer still blocking its way.

Jeez- He's serious about it.

You and Nex sneak past him with his back turned and head for the bench.

N: Where is he now-

Y: Maybe he moved to a different spot-

You both explore the hallways to see if Mr. Sleti was near. A medic and officer start to walk towards you and Nex, coming from cell 629.

They continue to chat while walking as they carry a stretcher with a body bag.

Shit-

You start to frantically look for cover before Nex quickly puts his arm around you and turns your head to face him.

N: Don't look, babe.

Nex says as they both pass you and continue to walk forward.

What the-

He quickly lets go shortly after.

Y: What was that all about-

N: Sorry- I didn't want us to get caught.

Really now-

You both spot Mr. Sleti sitting in the bottom of the staircase.

N: Now where's Springtrap-

Y: Should I find him instead?
