19- Hunter as Emperor??

A/n: if the text looks like this it's when Y/n is telling the story.

When we got back to The Owl House, Hooty had his head inside the house and we could hear his voice talking to someone. 

When we walked in I was shocked to see Darius, Raine, and Eberwolf sitting in the living room of The Owl House. I ran to Darius wrapping him in a tight hug. 

"I'm so glad you're safe!" I said as I buried my face in his shoulder. "Me too Chipmunk" I smiled at the nickname he had given me many years ago. 

"Chipmunk?" Hunter asked as I pulled away from the hug. Darius laughed then said "She hasn't told you? oh boy." I started laughing extra loudly to try and drive the conversation away from the topic "AH AHA YEAH! MAYBE ANOTHER DAY!" I said as I slowly ducked into the hallways and ran to the bathroom. 

I heard fast footsteps up the stairs then knocking on the door. "Come on Y/n!!! You have to tell me now!!!!" Hunter yelled from the other side. I groaned and slowly opened the door and sulked down into the living room again. 

I flopped onto the couch and only Luz, Darius, King, and Hunter remained in the room. Everyone else left to go talk business or something. 

"Spill the beans!!" Luz yelled as she sat criss cross on the rug. Hunter soon joined her and King curled up in my lap. Darius sat on the couch across from the one I was sitting on. A smug look plastered on his face

I let out a loud sigh and started to recall an old memory. 

"Once when I had recently joined the coven, I think I had only been there for 2 weeks. The food in the coven is well... bad, but every Wednesday they had Selki Pizza. It was this type of pizza with some green toppings but let me tell you, that pizza was amazing.

Anyways, one day I decided I didn't want to eat anything else for the rest of the week. So over the course of the whole Wednesday I slowly took a ton of  Selki pizza and hid the food away in my room.

Darius at the time was assigned to train me, since I was so young Belos wanted him to train me one on one. One day I was sitting in my room eating Pizza when I heard someone knock at my door. I quickly hid the pizza in the container  I had grabbed and answered the door. Unfortunately I was mid bite so I still had pizza on my face and mouth."  

Darius cut in for a part. "I walked into her room and I smelled the pizza, in the coven we aren't allowed to have food in our rooms so I was immediately suspicious" 

I continued the next part. "Anyways, when Darius walked in I could tell he knew something was up. 'Y/n? Why does your room smell so weird?' he asked I couldn't think of a good enough reason before he noticed my mouth was full and I had some sauce on my cheek. 'What do you have in your  mouth!?' he said disgusted. I swallowed and then wiped my cheek off. I sighed and then said 'Pizza.' 

Darius just laughed and then wiped away a tear from his eye. "H- Hey! What are you laughing at?!" I was offended. He simply responded with. 'Oh nothing it's just you're like a chipmunk!' My face heated up from embarrassment as I asked. 'What does that mean!!?' Darius just continued to chuckle as he responded, 'Chipmunks are known for storing stuff away in their cheeks and in their nests, just like you!' Darius continued to laugh at me and never let me live it down."

Luz started laughing hysterically and it looked like Hunter was stifling a laugh. I never really understood why the story was so funny, but every time i told it everyone always laughed.
