26- I Do.

"What? No! Why in the world would I invite Kikimora of all people to the happiest day of my life!" Hunter yelled at someone on the phone as I lay in bed staring up at the ceiling.

Hunter sighed and walked over to the bed. "Whatcha thinking about?" He asked softly as he sat on the edge of the mattress. I sighed "I'm not really sure. My mind is all over the place... haha" I weakly laughed. Hunter scooted closer to me and grabbed my hand. "Yeah. I understand."

I paced the room mumbling to myself while Amity sat there staring at me like I was insane. "What if I... trip. On the walk down the aisle!" Amity sighed, "Girl, there is still 1 month before your wedding, we are in the dressing room at a Ross trying to find a good outfit for Luz." Amity placed a hand on my shoulder. I took a deep breath, "Yeah sorry..."

"So? How do I look?" I asked as I walked out of the dressing room. Darius' eyes widened and so did everyone else who was in the room. "Holy Titan. Y/n you look amazing." Luz said as she stared in awe. Darius opened his mouth to say something but couldn't get any words out. I looked in the mirror an saw my hair pulled up in a bun (or whatever hairstyle you prefer) with a white dress with gold accents.

"What are you doing?!?!" Lilith yelled at a party planner who was helping Steve set up the party "The gold table tops are supposed to go on every other table not every table idiot! The f/c table toppers on every other!!" She yelled. The party planner moved the table toppers and did walk in. "Y/n?!? What are you doing out here?! Why aren't you getting ready?" She asked.

I shrugged "Got bored." I was half dressed in an undershirt and shorts. Hunter was running around in his suit ordering people around. "Agh!" Hunter covered his eyes once he saw me "Y/n!!! If I see you we'll get bad luck!" He complained. I chuckled and walked out of the wedding hall. We decided to have the wedding in the (new) giant banquet hall in the castle. Lilith is going to officiate.

I walked back into my dress big room. King and Darius were waiting there for me "Are you finally ready to get ready?" Darous asked in anointment. I groaned and held out my arm for him to measurements.

Once I was fully dressed, Darius stepped back and a few tears escaped hai eyes. "Awh are you so happy I'm getting married?" I cooed, and Darius' face changed to confusion. "Hm? Oh, I was thinking about how this is my best work." King also joined Darius and looked at me. He then scrambled to the ground and dramatically dug through a drawer. He pulled out a crown with gold and f/c accents. He screamed onto my back and placed it carefully onto my head. "There. The perfect King touch." I smiled as I looked in the mirror.

Someone knocked on the door. "Hey, they are getting ready for you to walk the aisle Y/n!" Eda yelled. Darius walked up to me and put his hand on my shoulders. "Are you ready for this?" He asked. "Nope," I stated. Darius laughed and looped his arm through mine and started walking out of the room. King grabbed the rings that sat comfortably on a pillow. And straightened his tie.

We waited outside the doors, preparing. I took a deep breath. Darius helped me open the doors. I slowly walked through as soothing music started to play. Everyone stood up as I walked down the aisles. I looked around to see all of my friends and family. I walked through until I saw two heads I thought I would never see again.

My moms stood in the front row. My mother was crying and my mom was cheering me on. I smiled at the ghost of my parents. A small tear left my eye and I walked up to the meet hunter's eyes. When I looked back to see the crowd my parents were gone. I smiled knowing they are here.

I looked at Hunter again. "You look amazing..." Hunter looked up and down at my outfit. His mouth was a little agape with awe.

"Welcome everyone to this momentous day! Today..." Lilith went on to recite the proper speech given at a wedding. I stared into Hunter's eyes and he stared back. He started rubbing my back comfortably. My face was bright red and Hunter seemed weirdly cool about everything...

|Hunter's POV|

HOLY TITAN I AM SO SCARED. SHE LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING AND I DONT WHAT TO DO WITH MY HANDS AHHHHHHHH. just stay cool Hunter...

|Y/n's POV|

When Lilith finished, she asked "Hunter do you-" Hunter cut her off "Yes. Yes, 100% yes." Lilith grumbled in annoyance. "Y/n-" "Yes. No matter what yes." I smiled and got closer to Hunter. "Well then I pronounce you husband and wife you may-" Before she could finish Hunter dipped me into a long passionate kiss. I roughed my hands through his hair and the crowd roared.

When he pulled me back up I looked around to see everyone, everyone I know and loved was there. Darius was crying and so was Eda. Steve whistles us on, he was incredibly wealthy from all the bets on our relationship he won.

We walked into the dining hall and rave lights started going off. I tore away my dress to reveal a smaller more breakable white dress. Hunter laughed and never let go of my hand. We made our way to the dance floor. The upbeat dance music raved through the room and we were all dancing crazily to it. Hunter knew some of the words and sang along. I laughed and still held onto his hand.

The whole rest of the night was perfect. We danced to the song we had our first kiss too and we just had a blast.

The end of the night had come and it was time for Hunter and u to leave. I grabbed my bag and ran outside to be met with Eda and Darius waiting there. "Now, not to put any pressure but I'm expecting grandchildren." Darius joked. I laughed and put on my suit in the carriage. Hunter came out shortly after and did the same as me.

"Hunter, I love you kid; but u swear if you mess up this relationship with Y/n I'm gonna be so pissed." Eda threatened. "Again with the threats!" Hunter pouted. I laughed and got in the carriage. Hunter followed me in after. A bunch of women (and Steve, Gus, and matty) were standing behind the carried. I threw the bouquet and Steve shoved everyone aside and grabbed it. I chuckled and waved goodbye.

|Narrator's POV|

"What." Marceline and Kaylin deadpanned. "Yep, that's how your mother and I met," Hunter said to the 5 and 7-year-olds. He got up and turned off the light. "Now it's time for you two to get to bed!" Hunter tickled the two children. "Yep. Come on, I'll tuck you in." I said as I got up and pulled the blanket over Marceline, "Mommy, can we visit grandma's house tomorrow?" Kaylin asked. "I kissed her forehead. "Sure baby." I took Hunter's hand and walked out of the room. 

"Don't you think you went a little too er... deceptive when you went over the scar?" Hunter asked. "Pfft it's whatever." I waved my hand and we headed to bed.
