| parents backround : both of her parents were born and raised and met in switzerland later moving to america before mallory was born , her parents never wanted any other kids beside mallory due to the fact they always struggled with money and even keeping a eye on mallory so having more children would make it worse . her parents started renting a 2 bedroom house in california one moving and have stayed in the same house since .

| backround story (TW: mentions of drug addiction , rehab )  . mallory has always struggled with mental health issues , even from early childhood mallory was having issues at home and in school with other kids never getting along with anybody really . once she began high school she met rue and started smoking weed , never getting tired of the feeling since . during the summer after 10th grade she experimented with acid & cocaine , that's when it all started to go down hill . mallory had ran away from home for a bit even , she usually hung out with rue or fezco once she was introduced to him . in her 11th grade year her mother started noticing a change in mallory's behavior and searched her room one day while she was gone , her poor mother didn't know what to do and had called a hospital for some support since her father was oblivious to what was happening . after finding drugs in mallory's room , her mom got mallory put into a rehab and day treatment so she was also getting schooling . after finishing her 6 or so months of rehab and went back to school with her friends , growing closer to maddy , elliot, fez & lexi . the girl still smokes weed and sometimes struggles with cravings for cocaine usually .
