By the time dinner was ready Noah had arrived and "animal control" had gone over the road to the parking lot least until Chris Argent came along and they vacated the area but I could tell it probably wasn't going to be the only time the hunters where going to show up here.

I did however stumble when a little fox in my arms turned back human as I carried her to the dining table, my eyes wide as I now held Daisy upside down in shock as everyone else gaped at me "oh my god Derek hold her properly" were the words that knocked me out of my frozen shock and upping Daisy to the right position as Stiles stumbled his way over to me and the giggling bundle in my arms "can I get a heart attack at this age, because that made me feel like I had one" Stiles said as he took Daisy from my arms checking her over.

I smiled as everyone chuckled at the remark and we got out the highchair for Daisy "I guess family dinner" I said securing Daisy into her seat, everyone went quiet and stared at me "what?"

Stiles chuckled and Lydia gave her hand a gesturing wave "it's the first time you called us family instead of pack" I frowned for a moment and nodded "pack is family, you guys are my pack therefore family"

Everyone was smiling as they tucked into the food Stiles made

A few months had past and Daisy was practically walking now, I'd watch her tail flick in frustration whenever she fell back down, when Stiles first saw her take a step I couldn't tell him she did it first while he was at school so I just smiled and watched his excitement bubble away at how proud he was of our little fox

We haven't spoken about when I kissed him, though it has happened a few maybe a lot more times, I'm not complaining.

Right now Stiles is at school and I'm as my wolf as Daisy grips hold of my fur with one hand to walk around, she's saying a few more words now but not much, mostly no and daddy or dada

And she seems to know how to shift, she's done it a few times, she's got quite the attitude when she falls, sometimes she shifts and runs under a chair to sulks, she certainly knows what she wants specially when Stiles has school, she tries stopping him from leaving either trying to run to him saying daddy no or sitting by the door until he picks her up and kisses her before passing her to me where we may or may not kiss before he goes

I want to talk to Stiles about it, about us, I just can't seem to find the right time, specially since he's doing his exams and is quite busy, Daisy is really not liking him leaving lately... neither have I, specially since the hunters showed up

Then daisy shifted and ran under my with a huff, I chuckled cause she had fell from walking again and she was moody again she yipped in process of my dropping my head on her untill she kicked herself free and so I chased after her untill we both almost charged into Stiles as he walked through the door

He did end up on the floor from us tackling him though, he rubbed Daisy's head as I shifted back and gave him a kiss, he covered Daisy's ears "next time you kiss me naked" He eyes travelled down so I grabbed his chin "next time what?" I said raising my eyebrows "I expect it to be without our daughter" he grinned up at me.

I cleared my throat and shifted back and ran upstairs, as I got dressed I listened to Stiles tell Daisy about his day at school

when I came back Stiles was sat with Daisy still talking, a smile spread on my lips as he spoke so happily, the gleam in his eyes "you make a great dad" I spoke after a while, leaning on the door frame, he jumped and looked at me blushing "you make an excellent pack mum to"

He stared at me speechless "you make a great dad" he said after a moment of staring, "and a great Alpha" Daisy snuggled into his shoulder

"I want to take you on a date" I shuffled slightly watching his reaction, he went from shifting Daisy into a comfortable position to gaping up at me "you what?" I smiled "I want to take you, Stiles Stillinski, on a date, just the two of us" he blushed up and nodded at me "whenever you're ready, I know you're busy with exams right now"

I could see he was still processing what I said till a huge grin spread on his lips and he was beaming up at me "I'd love to go on a date with you"

I smiled at him "you concentrate on your studies and I'll sort the date out, including someone to watch our little kit for the day" he nodded and gave Daisy a kiss on the cheek so I went to make dinner
