Angel's POV
I smile as I fix my hair in the mirror, it's opening night and I'm very excited especially since this is the last play of the year so I have to go all out
"You ready to be a menace baby" Cheryl says as she come over to me and kissing my cheek, I smile and look over to her and my eyes trail down her body
She's in her Heather Chandler's outfit that I have grown to love on her the more I see her in it
"I'm ready Ms.Chandler" I say before leaning up and pulling Cheryl closer by her waist , Cheryl smiles and I pull her into a passionate kiss
"Hey JD....chill with Heather, she's your enemy remember" Sweetpea teases and I roll my eyes
"Sometimes the enemy...is the best to be around" I say jokingly and Sweetpea and I laugh as well as Cheryl
"I now have to fix my lipstick but I....will see you on stage babe" Cheryl says before kissing me one final time and walking out of the dressing room
I turn around and see Reggie and Archie laughing and messing around while Betty is hugged up on him
I watch them for a bit before making my way out of the dressing room and to the side of the stage, I smile as I watch my girl do her part
"She's doing great isn't she" I hear behind me and I roll my eyes as I turn to see Midge
"She definitely is, the best actress I've seen actually" I say and Midge rolls her eyes as I turn back to face Cheryl
"Whatever....but I bet your very good at acting...and other things" Midge says and I huff
"Leave me alone, I have a girlfriend who I'll personally ask to kick you off of the vixens" I say and I hear her huff before storming off
I smile in victory as I make my way in the stage once it's my turn
I do my lines and as I do, I look over to see my parents talking with the same guy from before
I frown a bit but continue my scenes, I glare at Archie and Reggie as well as Sweetpea as they all act like douchebags
With only Sweetpea being the only one acting
The play continues and I can't wait for it to be over, Midge is pissing me off with her constant unnecessary touches in our scenes together
I walk backstage as I get ready for my final scene and as I do, I hear voices
"Betty you wanna come over, I'm writing a new song and I want you to sing on it" I hear, it seems to be Archie's voice
"Sure Arch...but isn't Veronica gonna be there" Betty says and I frown a bit
"No she's gotta talk to her mom or something" He says and I can hear the excitement in his voice
"Oh ok, see you after" Betty says and I hear they're footsteps drift off, I ball my fists in anger as I think about what was said
Is he cheating on my fucking sister, with her best friend
"You ok baby" I hear causing me to look over to see Cheryl in front of me
"Oh uh...yea just heard a conversation that...I'll tell you about it later" I say before pecking Cheryl's lips and walking back to the stage
I do my final scene and I hear the audience start for clap causing me to smile and stand up before bowing and watching everyone starts coming out
I hold Cheryl's hand and move my hand away from Midge as we bow to the crowd
"She's getting on my nerves" Cheryl says through her smile
"Kick her off the vixens, she's annoying as hell" I say through my smile before kissing Cheryl's forehead
We all head back and Kevin and Fangs give their usual speech after the play before letting us leave
I hold Cheryl's hand as we make our way out of the school to see Fp and Hermione standing with the same guy from before
They see us coming out and I see Fp point to me and the guy turns around just as we get to to them
"Hello Angel, Cheryl" The man says as he puts his hand out, I look at him strangely then to my parents
"Uh...hi, who are you" I ask as I shake the man's hand and he smiles back at me
"I'm Gregory Afton and I'm a talent agent for young actors looking for their big break...and must I say, I've been to only two of your plays and you are a great talent" Gregory says and my eyes widen immediately
"Oh wow uh thank you, so.....where is this going" I ask and he chuckles a bit
"Straightforward, I like it, I would love to work with you to start your career after you graduate high school, I can get you on magazines, in commercials and in tv and movie in no time" He says and smile a bit but just nod
"Well.....we'd have to talk more but...I'll more than willing to work with you" I say excitedly and Gregory smiles
"That's great to hear, I've already spoken with your parents and they have filled me in on safety and I promise to not lead you in a bad place, a talent like yours can not be wasted, meet in a week?" Gregory says and I nod
"Definitely" I say before shaking his hand, we say our goodbyes and I look at my parents then Cheryl
"I....could be an actor like actually be an actor" I say excitedly before hugging my parents who laugh and hug me back
"We're very proud of you Angel, we're so happy for you" My parents say together and I pull away before pulling Cheryl into a hug
"I am too, your dream is coming true" She says genuinely and I smile and kiss Cheryl
As we head to the car, I look over to see Veronica and Archie cuddled up and kissing causing me to look at them suspiciously
Something ain't right
A/n lol I ain't write in my phone in a hot minute lol, but it's only temporary since my iPad is charging, but damn...Angel is sus of Archie, what she finna do?
