AU#3 What happened Jinx/Powder x Reader

*FEW WEEKS LATER*

It's been a few weeks since I came here and decided to stay I was finally fully healed up and I could run and walk again it took me an extra week to make sure that I can still do my training and I can so I was ready to go for the mission I've learned that I won't be the only one on this mission Vi will be joining me we have a rocky relationship you could say

i'm not as close to her as Claggor or Mylo i'm more close to Powder than anyone shes the only one that I really stay around of course me and Claggor are close we're friends he's a sweet guy he worries a lot though Mylo and me on the other hand don't really get along he mostly pokes fun at Powder so I normally snap back at him telling him to quit it and making fun of him back sometimes so we don't really get along I believe that's one of the reasons why me and Vi don't get along I don't know really but like I said me and Powder are close you can always find us with each other not leaving each other side

"will be back in a few hours it's just a simple get in and get out" I gave Powder a goodbye hug as Vi was already waiting for me the door "be safe you two I wouldn't ask you girls to go on this mission if I didn't know you girls couldn't handle it" I looked up that Vander giving him a smile "don't worry will be fine it's just a simple get in get out we just need to get that information" Vi did the talking while I just stood there waiting for her now "be careful though it might just be a get in and get outing with you girls taking the papers of the information for that plan finding out if what they're doing it's good or bad but be careful people down here will try to fight you" I had my hand on the door knob as I pushed it open "we're wasting time just standing here talking let's go"

I walked out the door with Vi following after me I have done these missions before for my parents I understand how hard this could be by the look of it Vi hasn't been on any missions before this is her first one

*FEW HOURS LSTER*

We were inside the building where the information was I was keeping wash as Vi was looking for the information "where could this be" I looked over at Vi "can you watch the door I'll look for the information" Vi looked up that me a little irritated but didn't say anything and stood by the door as I went to the desk it didn't take me long to find the information "got it let's go"

I saw the window that we entered and it was going to be our exit as well "you gone head I'll watch your back" Vi looked at me as I gave her my orders I looked at her as well a little confuse "on these missions I'm in charge not you" I just rolled my eyes and stood by the window "yeah got it just hurry up and go we don't know when they're going to get back" I could tell that Vi was getting more irritated with me but I didn't care at this point I was too busy trying to save both our lives from getting killed

Vi exit the window I looked down to see that she made it down safely without anyone else there "hey you there" I looked over to see a guy running at me 'shit' I saw the rope that we used to climb up here and thought of a plan I sat on the windowsill and grab the rope with my hand holding it tight "sorry about this but I can't stay any longer" I pushed myself off of the windowsill falling backwards I still have the rope in my hand sliding down at a fast pace I knew that I would get rope burn from this but it's either I get rope burn or I will probably get killed

I stopped when I got closer to the ground landing on my feet I pulled the rope down then let go of it "we're gonna have to run one of them saw me" Vi looks more irritated with that "I don't wanna hear it right now let's just get going" I started to walk off not paying attention to her anymore

*AT THE LAST DROP*

We finally arrived home I was looking at my wrist seeing how bad the rope burn was it wasn't too bad I'll just have to wrap it on the way home it was silent we did not say a word to each other I open the door to see a guy I didn't recognize

"(y/n) Vi did you two get the information" I pulled out the folder that had the information on it and set it on the counter "that should be it" Vander took the folder and looked through it as I held my wrist "hey kid you're right there" I looked at the strange man "Yeah I'll be fine" he held his hand for something "let me see" I was hesitant to put my wrist in his hand "this is rope burn a bad one to" I just pulled my wrist away and started walking to the basement door "i'll be fine I'll just have to Wrap it"

Vi was already downstairs as I was talking to Vander and that's strange man I heard everyone was in the hangout room I held my wrist and went to the bedroom I pulled out the first a kit that I have underneath mine and Powders bed I took out the wraps and started to wrap my hand

"(y/n)" I turned to look at the entrance of the door to see Powder running "hey there is everything all right" powder sat on the bed then wrapped her arms around me "I missed you you just didn't come in the room with Vi I didn't know were you was" I gave her a hug back holding her tight "sorry I had to take care of something" she moved away and saw my wrist "what happened did you get cut again" I shook my head no as a brush some of her hair out of her face "no it's just a rope burn it will be fine"

"hey Powder are you in here" I looked at the entrance of the door to see someone new a kid he had white hair brown skin and brown eyes "Ekko hey this is (y/n) the girl I was telling you about" the young boy came into the room and sat on the bed with me and Powder "it's a pleasure to meet you I'm Ekko Benzo brought me here he's friends with Vander and wanted me to meet everyone else" he stuck out his hand for me to shake it I was hesitant but shook his hand "(y/n)"
