POV:Lëiani
"Guys, we have got to get down there." Lo'ak told me and Neteyam. We were all riding on separate Ikrans.

I had my own. It took the longest for Lani to know she was mine, since I don't have a queue. I would keep her mouth tied everyday.

When I wanted her to go up, I would tug on her saddle to go up. I lead her by tugging on her saddle.

Her full name is Lani Uliuli, but I call her Lani for short. Her name means Blue Sky. It's in Hawaiian instead of Nav'i because I think it sounds cuter in Hawaiian.

"No way, dad would skin us!" Neteyam said.

"I agree with Neteyam, we could get hurt." I told Lo'ak.

He rolled his eyes, looking at Neteyam.

"Come on, don't be a wuss." Lo'ak started heading down on his Ikran.

"Lo'ak get back here you....arghh!" Neteyam followed Lo'ak.

I stayed watching from above. Should I go down there? I gave in, following Lo'ak and Neteyam.

"Yee yee yee!" I heard Lo'ak call out.

I hopped off my Ikran, running after them. 

"You don't even know how to use it." Neteyam tried grabbing a gun out of Lo'ak's hand. Lo'ak pulled it away, clocking it back.

"Dad taught me." He smiled. He started playing with the gun, aiming it to the sky.

"Lo'ak put that down." I told him. I had a bad feeling. I usually get that feeling when something bad is going to happen.

"Guys we have to go, now!" I yelled. They instantly started running back to their Ikrans. I stayed behind them, making sure they'd be okay.

I looked back to see a helicopter coming in. I started running to my Ikran. "Go go go!" I waved to Neteyam and Lo'ak.

They started flying away. Just then I heard a loud boom behind me, throwing me in the air. I landed on a pile of rocks. My ears started ringing. I was a bit dizzy, but nothing I couldn't handle.

I needed to see if Lo'ak and Neteyam were alright. If they got away in time. I thought I was fine. Nothing was hurting. I tried to stand but I fell back to the floor. My ankle was hurting really bad. Shit.

"Lëiani!" I seen Jake climbing over to me. "Are you okay?" He checked me, pulling me up to my feet. I winced from the pain.

"Yeah I'm fine." I nodded.

"Your head is bleeding." He held my head.

"Really I'm fine." I told him, trying to sound convincing.

"Lëiani!" I heard someone call out from behind Jake. It was Lo'ak. He quickly climbed over all the mess of rocks, debris, etc.

"Lo'ak get her out of here. Where's your brother?"

"Keeping a look out."

"Okay well get her out of here. Now!"

"Yes sir." Lo'ak grabbed me, carrying me bridal style.

"Hey pretty lady." He smiled softly, carrying me to his Ikran.

"Hey Lo'ak." I placed my head on his chest.

My head was pounding.

"I'm tired." I drug out my words.

He smacked his lips together."I'm sorry buttt I'm going to need you to stay up. Your head is bleeding. You could have a concussion." He sat me on his lap, as we began flying away.
