We all began to follow her. I looked around in amazement. We walked on some jump rope shit. It was cool not gonna lie.

I wanted to jump on it like I was on a trampoline, but I had to contain myself. I then felt Neteyam reach for my hand.

"You okay?" He asked.

I pulled my hand away.

"It was a one time thing. Don't." I warned him.

I only held his hand because I was hoping we would be able to stay.

"But Lo'ak gets to hold your hand all the time?"

"You really want to hold my hand that bad?" I laughed.

He didn't say anything.

"Neteyam, are you...jealous?" I frantically asked, pretending to be shocked.

"Definitely not." He scoffed.

He was lying. He's always bringing up how I spend more time with Lo'ak or as you can see, he brought up that Lo'ak's always holding my hand.

I have to admit. He's always holding my hand.

I then grabbed Lo'ak's hand, interlocking my fingers with his. He looked down at me, smirking.

"See I knew you liked holding my hand." Lo'ak smiled.

Our hands swung as we both walked side by side.

I looked at Neteyam. He stared at us. He then clenched his jaw as me and Lo'ak held hands.

"See? Jealous!" I threw my words at him.

"What I'm not-"

I dramatically sighed grabbing Neteyam's hand. "I'll hold your hand too if it makes you feel better." I playfully rolled my eyes.

"Thank you." He said sarcastically.

"You don't have to hold his hand if you don't want to." Lo'ak shrugged.

"Bro, what the fuck is your problem?" Neteyam mocked Lo'ak's words.

How does he still remember that?

"Haha funny." Lo'ak squinted his eyes at Neteyam.

"I know." Neteyam held his head proudly.

I sat in the hut like thing while everyone was out doing something, besides Neteyam. We just sat here talking about whatever.

Jake had told Neteyam to go get everyone for a family meeting, so he left and now I was all alone.

"So Lëiani, when are you supposed to go back to earth?" Jake asked.

"I think after I complete my mission, but I don't think they'll let me go back home. I hope they do though." I picked at my nail polish.

He started laughing. "You don't like living here?"

I instantly started shaking my head. "No it's not that. Don't get me wrong it's beautiful, but I just miss earth."

"You definitely feel different then what I did. At first, I was helping Quaritch but when I started to live the Omaticaya life, I fell in love. I fell in love with the forest, and with the people, and of course, Neytiri. I didn't ever want to go back."

"I mean I could feel that way in a couple or months or so, but finding love won't be easy for me like it was for you. You're in a avatar form, while I'm stuck in a human body. Finding love won't be the same as it would be on earth. Everyone around me was human, but then I come here and I feel like an outcast." I sighed.
