Chapter 1

" do you have everything you need bolt " hinata shouted up to her son sipping on  her cup of coffee slightly blowing on it

" yea ma I have everything " boruto ran down the stairs grabbing his pencils his lunchbox and his other necessities he was starting his first day at konoha high 

" quick hurry up shikadai will be here to collect you , here your breakfast eat it up "

" I know ma " he said shoving a slice of toast into his mouth before running out to put on his shoes

" boruto , are you forgetting something " hinata asked questioningly , her eyebrows raised up hands on her hips

Boruto walked back into the kitchen arms swinging side to side " ma I'm gone to old for that " he said blush forming on his cheeks as he hugged his mother

" you will never be to old even when your married and have kids of your own " she laughed and kissed the top of his head

" ma stop " he replied face now red at the thought of getting married and having kids of his own

The sound of a horn caused them both to stop their conversation boruto silently thanked shikadai for that unintentional intrusion

" okay looks like shikadai is here enjoy your first day or school , and be safe I love you "

" I love you to ma " he smiled before giving her a kiss on the cheek he then ran to get on his shoes and then hurried himself out the door

The sound of the door shutting made hinata sigh " he looks more like his father more and more every day " she let out

She placed her cup of coffee down on the island counter before scrolling through her phone she had always tried to keep a low profile after her bolt was born in fear people would find out about him

" what's this " she whispered to herself

Hinata took a shaky breathe before turning off her phone she couldn't bare to even look at him he broke her heart and she had a constant reminder of that every day

17 years and her heart still cracks when she hears anything got to do with naruto uzamaki , though she was not the shy timid 17 year old she used to be , she
She became strong she put up walls around her and guarded herself for her and boruto's sake she had a baby at the age of 17

She always had thoughts of what she could have been is she got rid of boruto but looking back she never regretted her decision of keeping boruto

She wouldn't trade him for the world , he was her baby he was her happiness

Hinata put on some music before grabbing a few boxes to unbox they had just moved back from the sand village and although boruto spent most of his life in the sand village

Hinata knew she had to move back eventually, even if it terrified her and it did but she had to give boruto the best education and the best options for his life

She picked up some picture frames and she started to hang them up pictures of baby boruto pictures of her pregnant and even some of her family and friends

She unpacked some more until she heard her phone ring from the island counter she walked over
