•Rathore Mansion•
Everyone was waiting for Abhiraj in the dining room. The elders were so excited to see him after such a long time as they couldn't make to his success party due to some of their business matters. Their eyes snapped towards the lift which dinged indicating his arrival. Abhiraj stepped out of lift , busy on a business call.
"Arrange a meeting with the CM today at 2PM." , Saying this he disconnected the call and made his way towards his elder Grandparents. His eyes were glistening with the respect he has for him while his bade dadu's eyes were a little moistened seeing his grandson all grown up.
He didn't take any time to pull Abhiraj into a warm hug making the other family members chuckled. Abhiraj didn't said anything except hugging him back seeking the comfort from him. Noone was shocked because they all were well aware about his affection with him and vice-versa.
Since the date he born, he became Rudra and Tara favourite grandchildren and as wrong it's sound , they were biased towards him including mahir whereas Arman and Aarti adore Jay and Aashish more and Sanaya being the only girl was favoured by both the couples.
"When I am going to meet my grandson's queen, who captured the heart of this almighty king." , His bade dadu muttered in his ear.
"You are here for my Engagement, ofcourse you'll meet her on our Engagement." , Abhiraj replied cooly making his dadu frown at his reply.
"But Ain't I your favourite grand paa. So shouldn't i meet her earlier than others. And here you are saying to meet her direct at your engagement. Not so fair grandson.", Abhiraj amused at his grandfather's babyish reaction and shook his head in disbelief.
He broke their hug and move towards the other family members and greeted them respectfully but didn't bow down in front of any of them following the teachings of his great grandfather. The king will only get on his knees in front of his queen, noone else.
Afterall the greetings, they all finally took their seat for the breakfast when Devika said grabbing everyone attention, "Where is Nidhi chachi. Isn't she having breakfast with us?" Listening to her statement, a gloomy expression cover some of the Rathores face while some rolled their eyes and Abhiraj in her reply spoks in a deadly voice, serving some fruits in his plate ,"She is on vacation from all the royal chores experiencing the simplicity for a while."
