Dream closes the door as he enters the house "I'm back!" he called out. A lamia then slithered towards him, staring at him in anticipation for Dream to give him chocolate, to which Dream does
He poured a hot cup of chocolate in a bowl and the lamia quickly drank it. Dream places the groceries he got on the counter and carefully stores them in their respective places
The lamia then slithered beside Dream and watches in curiosity. The golden themed skeleton soon noticed the presence of the lamia and petted him
"Cross, could you wait for me in the living room. I have to prepare dinner soon" the lamia, Cross, nodded and headed to the living room, curling into a ball on the couch
Dream then started cooking dinner as to pass the time, Cross however had fallen asleep. Once Dream finished making dinner, he called for Cross and the lamia quickly slithered into the kitchen
Dream placed Cross's food in his food bowl and the lamia consumed it, Dream laughs a bit and he too started eating
After dinner, Dream cleaned the kitchen and washed the dishes while Cross went back to the living room
As Dream finished, he called for Cross but the lamia didn't respond. Out of confusion and a little worry, Dream headed to the living room and saw Cross wrapped in a blanket all curled up in a ball
Dream gave off a soft smile and sat beside his lamia buddy with a book in hand. Upon sensing the aura of the other, Cross tiredly opened one of his eyes and wrapped his body on Dream
The other gladly accepted the cuddles as Cross laid his head on Dream's lap
For the rest of the night, Cross and Dream cuddled beside the fireplace tucked in blankets and pillows. The warmth of each other sends both of them in a comfy state
Soon, both had fallen asleep as the only light source emitted from the fireplace
