The lecturer exhibits his magnetic scans of brains —
Coloured regions, active neurons — as he self-explains:
"Testosterone and estrogen flame our heart's desires —
Secret fires of our loins, visions lust-inspired.
Serotonin in decline links to strong attraction.
Dopamine recalls rewards for athletic action.
Oxytocin, vasopressin drive togetherness —
Bonding, fondness, soft affection, care and tenderness.
After much analysis, we've figured Cupid's Code!"
Half-way, in the audience, his ex-wife leaves the show.
