iris had just drove to the studio, she wasnt lying when she said she had no plans for today. she knew she wanted to go to the studio wanting to finish the album asap so she figured that she could get the song with frank done and then the album would be almost complete
she parked up and headed into the studio, when she stepped in she immediately saw frank and felt starstruck but she knew she should probably not show that to save herself the embarrassment
"hi how are you" iris said as she walked up to frank who was also just putting his things down, she assumed he had also just got there which was good atleast he was sat around waiting for her
"hi im good how are you" he said as he turned around to hug the girl in greeting
"im good, did u like the lyrics i sent over if not we can write something new im down for whatever" iris said remembering the lyrics she sent him via insta dms the day after he dmed her
"yeah i loved them i think they would definitely work" frank replied whilst nodding
"okay that sounds good, lets section off the verses and figure out how we want it to sound" iris said whilst smiling and moving to get her journal and pen out of her bag
they spent the next half an hour figuring out which parts they would sing before iris went into the recording booth to record her parts which is what she was currently doing, frank was also in the recording studio ready to sing his parts when they came up. franks producer had also arrived a few minutes after frank and iris got there, frank had asked iris if he should ask his producer to help because of iris' being back in london which had iris agreeing figuring it would be faster than her and frank doing it alone
