It was now the day of the boston show which was also the last show of tour. harry and george left new york a few days after the triplets and ri had headed to the next show of tour.
clem had been staying with her aunt in boston due to her not seeing her very often and lia had been staying with indy and her family. they had only recently all connected the fact that they could stay with their family while they were in boston
matt had asked iris if she wanted to stay with him and his family at their house in boston which she anxiously accepted knowing she would soon meet his mum dad and older brother
"omg" iris immediately said as she walked into the triplets home in boston. she was greeted with trevor jumping up at her making her immediately get on the floor and give the dog all of her attention
"hes so cute" iris said softly looking up at matt with pouted lips as he smiled back down at the girl
looking back down continuing to laugh and stroke the dog as it ran around her excitedly
she moved out of the way to let chris and nick in behind her as she heard people walking around up the stairs by the kitchen
to say she was nervous was an understatement. the only other significant others parents she had ever met was max's and lets just say she could understand where their son got his rudeness and bad personality traits from. matt and the triplets had all told her funny stories of their parents and their older brother justin many times whilst on tour some even on stage when they got asked questions about their home life in boston so from what she had heard they seemed like a kind caring family and if they were anything like the triplets she knew she had nothing to worry about but iris was the queen of overthinking every situation ever.
she was pulled out of her trance when matt stroked her shoulder making her look up from trevor who was currently enjoying all the love and tummy rubs he was getting. matt nodded towards the stairs which chris and nick had just started climbing hinting that they should go up
"come on it will be okay i promise" matt said noticing her anxiety as iris stood up taking a deep breathe in
"hi mom" matt said as he made it to the top of the stairs infront of iris who was a couple steps below him
matt wrapped his arms around mary lou as they greeted eachother for the first time in a few months
"mom this is is iris" matt said smiling as he turned to look at iris who stood there nervously but was trying not to show it
