DUKE'S POV
Ito na ang pangalawang hearing at dapat manalo kami ngayon.
"Just stay calm and I'll do the rest."sabi ni Attorney Alforte sakin, I'm calm but I can't stop thinking about her.
Nang makarating na kami sa kurte ay ilang sandali lang ay nagsimula na. I saw Taia entered the room but she's on a disguise, I saw her eyes move to the other side like she was saying that there's a person inside the room that is observing. I looked the way where she's telling me with her eyes...and there. I saw an old man but he's so mysterious kind of a person.
"From the CCTV footage, it says that this man raped and killed that young girl. "sabi ng prosecutor, napakuyom ako dahil halata namang edited ang video
"But your Honor, nowadays there are lots of apps just to edit this kind of video. We are already in modernize generation so the video, it could be edited. Have you tried to check it to an expert, Mr. Prosecutor?"kalmadong sabi ni Attorney Alforte,nakita ko namang napatango ang Judge
"It doesn't matter anymore. We are talking here the life of that girl and her family wants some justice."sabi nito. Bingo! He's hiding something.
I look at Taia. She show me a thumbs down. I nod because I know what she mean.
Ilang sandali ay nagbreak muna at nilapitan kami ni Prosecuter Dela Rosa.
"Mahahatulan ka'rin ng kamatayan para mapagbayaran mo ang lahat ng kasalanan mo."sabi niya na nakaguhit sa kaniyang mukha ang galit. I just ignored him.
"Make it sure that you will do everything just to see him die."sabi ni Taia, na nanghahamon ang boses.
"And, who are you?"sabi nito kay Taia. Taia just smiled sweetly.
"None of your business. Your video was edited and soon you'll know it."sabi ni Taia dito. Prosecutor Dela Rosa just look at her from head to toe but,when their eyes met he surrendered when Taia didn't looked away. Kakaiba talaga ang babaeng ito.
"Nabibwesit talaga ako sa kaniya."sabi niya, nang makaalis si Prosecutor at umupo na.
"How is she?"tanong ko agad.
"She's completely fine. She's safe so stop worrying."sabi nito
"The battle is just getting started. Nasasabik na tuloy ako sa huling hearing mo."sabi niya, napatawa naman ako.
"What's with that old man?"biglang tanong ni Atty. Alforte na nakatitig lang kay Taia.
"Head."sabat ni Taia, naguluhan naman kami ni Atty. Alforte
"Head? As in ulo?"sabi ko, she raise her left eyebrow.
"Oo. Ano ba'ng ibig sabihin ng head? Hindi ba ulo? Hayy. Sa'kin nalang yun. Kain ka kaya muna baka magutom kalang sa mga bakulaw na nandun."sabi nito, and rolled her eyes.
"Hahahaha...you really hate boys."sabi ko
"Matagal na. But not all. Balik na muna ako dun."sabi niya, we nod and she left.
"Is she single?"tanong ni Atty. Alforte, nagulat naman ako sa tanong niya.
"Yeah. Why?"
"She's amazing."sabi nito, I just rolled my eyes on him.
"Ilang beses mo na ba iyan sinabi? Naririndi na ako. Baka may gusto ka dun."sabi ko
"Nah. I just find her amazing that's all annd be on a relationship is not in my vocabulary."sabi nito, napailing nalang ako. Bumalik na ulit at napapatawa ako ng palihim dahil halatang iritado si Taia puro kasi lalaki at siya lang ang babae kaya kitang-kita ko ang pag ngiwi niya at pagiging suplada sa mga ito.
When it is Atty. Alforte's turn, he stand up and start talking.
(A/N: Sorry if hindi masyadong detailed ang ibang part sa kasong ito. Nabusy pa kasi ako kaya wala pa akong nababasa about sa ganitong kaso hehehe. But I will try my best sa last hearing.)
SOMEONE'S POV
I quickly get off of my car when I arrived at the abandoned building.
"You're late."approached the man in black when I get inside.
"It's none of your f*cking business."sabat ko dito.
"But, I do care about that f*cking business."sabi ng isang baritonong tinig, I immediately bowed my head.
"I'm sorry for being late, Master. "sabi ko dito
"Don't be late next time because I hated a person who misused my time."sabi niya
"Yes, Master."sabat ko, at narinig ko nalang ang yapak nito papalayo kaya sinundan ko na ito.
"Did you already have the files?"sabi nito
"No-"and immediately shot me in my left shoulder
"YOU MISUSED MY TIME AND NOW YOU FAILED YOUR MISSION?! I DIDN'T PUT YOU IN THAT POSITION JUST FOR NOTHING!"sigaw nito
"I'm so-"
"SORRY ARE FOR LOSERS. I don't wanna hear that f*cking sorry of yours. Find anything and I don't care if you'll kill that policewoman as long as, we have the whole files to not be rot in jail. Are we clear?"sabi nito
"Y-Yes, Master."sabat ko at pinaalis na ako
I'm gonna kill you, Kyomi Iowa Valle. But I will get what I want first before the files and kill you.
And I drove my way out of this place.
