After an 11 hour flight she had finally landed in Riverdale
she walked through the crowded airport and out the doors as she walked past the shopping centre she was absolutely starving from not eating for days so she decided to make a quick stop at Pop's chock'lit shoppe
She walked through the doors and took a seat in a booth
Ariana: oh my god it can't be Cheryl is that you
Cheryl turned around and looking at her was her old bestfriend Ariana she got up and Ariana ran over and hugged her tightly
Ariana: I can't believe you are here after 6 years I thought you were never coming back she said with tears in her eyes
Cheryl: yes I'm back and for good she said wiping Arianas tears
Ariana: what made you come back after all this time
Cheryl: My dad he passed away a few days ago and I had to get out of new York it was just Pitt me in a bad place she said hugging Ariana again
Ariana: well I'm so glad your back does your mum know
Cheryl: no not yet I'm going to surprise her after I've eaten I'm absolutely starving do you want to join me
Ariana: of course i will we have so much to catch up on she said sitting next to Cheryl
After 2 hours of the girls catching up Ariana dropped Cheryl to thistle house
Cheryl walked through the door and she could hear her mum singing in the kitchen happy tears started to form as she walked closer to the kitchen
Penelope turned round and instantly ran over to her daughter they both broke down into happy tears and feel to the floor hugging
Penelope: my girl what are you doing here
Cheryl told her mum what happened
Penelope: I'm so sorry sweetheart I know how much you loved your dad but I can't believe your here after 6 years
Cheryl: I know I had to get out of new York and this place has always been my home so I decided to come here she said still cuddling into her mum
They talked and talked for the rest of the day until it was time to go to sleep Cheryl decided to sleep in the bed with her mum as she felt so much comfort being back in her mother's arms after years of them being apart
A week goes by and Cheryls life is starting to go back to normal she had met up with all her old friends and she was much more comfortable and happy being in her home town again
It was a Monday afternoon and Her mum came into her room: guess what
Cheryl: what
Penelope: I got you a job
Cheryl: really doing what
Penelope: I got you a full time babysitting job
Cheryl: really mum you know I hate babysitting
Penelope: oh come on Cheryl it will do you good to do something other than hang out with your mates plus it's $24 dollers an hour
Cheryl: fine when do I start
Penelope: Tonight 6pm - 2am
Cheryl: Jesus that's a long shift I mean you could have told me earlier but fine I'll do it she looked at her phone and it was 4.50 pm I better get ready she said walking up to her bedroom and getting changed
With Toni
Toni: Mum I don't need a fucking babysitter I'm 17 years old
Lauren: How many times do I have to tell you Toni shes not going to be here for you she's coming for your little sister
Toni: well I still have to be in the house with her
Lauren: I don't care Toni
bitch all you want I'm your mother and I will tell you what will and will not happen in my house do you understand
Toni: your so fucking annoying she said storming up the stairs and slamming the bedroom door behind her
Just then the door bell went and Lauren opened it
Lauren: Hi you must be Cheryl blossom nice to meet you
Cheryl: Hi yes nice to meet you
Lauren: so this is my daughter Layla she's 10 she's good as gold and my other daughter Toni is 16 she's upstairs and in a bad mood today so I would just leave her to strop she said laughing anyway you know all my contact details if you need me just give me a call I'll see you later sweetheart she said to Layla
Layla: Bye Mummy
Cheryl was shocked at how young Lauren was she looked around 29 - 30 very young to have a 16 year old daughter
Cheryl turned to Layla: so Layla what would you like to do
Layla: can we go play with my dolls house please
Cheryl: of course
Layla took her hand and sat in Cheryls lap while they played Dollies
Layla: I really like you and your very pretty
Cheryls heart melted hearing those words: Thank you so much sweetheart your a very pretty too
Layla giggled and they carried on playing
Later that night Cheryl was in the kitchen making dinner when a very pretty girl with tanned skin, brown hair with pink highlights walked in
Cheryl: you must be Toni right
Toni: what's it to you
Cheryl smiled at the girl: don't worry about it I'll call you down in 10 minutes as your dinner will be ready
Toni: fine whatever she said walking back up the stairs and she started talking on the playstation
Toni: omg Veronica,Betty you'll never guess what
Veronica and Betty say at the same time: What
Toni: Remember that babysitter I was talking about
Veronica: yeah what about her
Toni: she's so fucking Fit
Betty: what does she look like
Toni: She's got pail skin red hair and a fit body I literally got a hard on just looking at her good job I was wearing my spanx pants she said laughing
Betty: Girl did you talk to her
Toni: I may have accidentally have of given her major attitude it just came out it's like I couldn't handle talking normally to her
Veronica: you idiot Toni she said laughing
Toni: yeah I know I'm so dumb anyway do you guys want to come over and spy on the readhead once I've had my dinner
Both girls: sure we'd love to meet this remarkable readhead
As Toni went to start a new game Cheryl called her
Cheryl: Toni Your dinners ready
Toni: I've got to go guys but meet me out back at 8.30 alright
Both girls: alright see you then
Toni turned her playstation off and took a deep breath before walking down the stairs
