As the Grimm invaded the town through the closed-off tunnel, a train crashed into the road, busting it open. People in the town square were confused at first, but when the Grimm revealed themselves, panic ensued. The terrified crowd scattered, which only made the Grimm more aggressive. Team RWBY acted quickly, starting to kill the Grimm. Team JNPR showed up due to the alarms from Vale, and more teams from different schools arrived in the square, joining the fight against the Grimm. The Atlas Military also assisted, deploying their robots to hunt down the Grimm and save the people.
Meanwhile, amidst the chaos, Gojo now stood in front of Roman, who was on the ground with Gojo's foot on his chest.
Gojo: Tell me why you and the White Fang are working together.
Roman: As I told Red... we're on a joint rid- Gah!
Gojo applied more pressure with his foot on Roman's chest.
Gojo: I know and heard, and honestly, I don't care. I know there's more. For you to have the support of the White Fang, you must have the help of their leaders, right?

Gojo: Weirdly enough, all of these attacks with the White Fang are concentrated around Sanus and the Sanus region alone. It means the Vale branch of the White Fang is helping you, and yet there's no other movement from the other branches. They've gone quiet since I received the report of them helping you. So, you're working with Adam Taurus...
Roman: Maybe or maybe not. I ain't saying nothing.
Gojo then kicked Roman's head, knocking him out. He lifted Roman up and placed him over his shoulder, walking off towards where everyone else was finishing off the Grimm.
Gojo: Hm... Blake used to be in the White Fang with the Vale branch, if I remember correctly...
As Team RWBY, JNPR, CFVY, Sun, Neptune, Professor Port, Dr. Oobleck, and Glynda were walking towards Gojo, he descended the steps towards a ship where the Atlas robots were stationed. He handed over the unconscious Roman to them, and Emerald and Mercury joined them, looking at each other with pride.
Gojo: I'd rather not ruin the happy mood, but Blake, I need to confirm some theories I have about Roman and the White Fang. Is it okay if we talk for a few seconds?
