"OH SO YOU THINK YOU'RE SO TOUGH?!"

Enderman flinched back. His eyes darted around under the cloth he wore around them, looking for the voice of who he thought he'd escaped. He found no evidence of them, it was just him and his classmates and Herobrine and-

"YOU WORTHLESS FUCKING GIT!"

The taller jolted back again, this time being noticed by both Herobrine and Wither.

"Dude, you alright?"

Wither asked, reaching out to cautiously put a hand on his arm. But that's not what Enderman saw.

His father was in front of him, the rest of the world black. His hand reached out towards him, Enderman was confined to his grasp. He couldn't get out, he was bleeding, bleeding and choking, he couldn't breath, why couldn't he breath?!

"ENDER!"

He was pulled out of his thoughts - out of his own nightmare - by Creeper, the armless mob knocking into him to snap him out of his trance.

"Ender, you're fine-"

But he was pulled back in.

"-FINALLY BACK. YOU AND ME HAVE SO MUCH TO CATCH UP ON."

His father. No. Nononono... he'd left, left for good! Why was he back?! Enderman screamed as he was thrown towards the wall, his head colliding with a grotesque clash. He could hear yelling, shouting, pain pain pain. His father reaching up to hit him, his hand coming down-

Zombie hit him.

He actually did it.

But it snapped him out of his thoughts.

Despite shaking violently, Enderman assured everyone he was okay, but they could all see he wasn't. He was allowed the day off, which he was internally grateful for. Pigman was allowed to go with him as well, on the promise that Wither would catch him up with what he missed.

Enderman was glad he had support.

And friends.
